Laser semi-active guidance technology has become one of the most important way of precision strike in the modern war.The four quadrant azimuth detection receiver is the key to obtain the target information in the laser semi-active guidance system,so it is very important to carry out the design of the photoelectric detection receiver.Based on the requirements of the laser semi active guidance,the four quadrant azimuth detection technology is studied.To solve the problem of large dynamic and high sensitivity receiving technology,the method of effective detection and position identification of target in the field of view,the parameters analysis and the specific implementation of the circuit are presented.Firstly,the basic principle of the four quadrant azimuth detection is given,and the effective solution angle range and the algorithm error are analyzed,and the method of subsection compensation is proposed to improve the accuracy of the solution.Secondly,the main problems of the photoelectric system design are analyzed.The maximum range of the size of the spot radius is simulated,and the focal length of the system is calculated according to the field of view.The sensitivity,dynamic range and angular resolution of the system are calculated,and the overall scheme of the receiver is determined.Then,the receiver temperature sampling circuit,preamplifier circuit,secondary amplifier circuit,peak holding circuit and information processing circuit are designed in detail.In order to get the large dynamic range,the dynamic gain switching circuit and the AGC control circuit is added.In addition,the schottky barrier diode is used as isolation diode,to maintain the fast response of the narrow pulse and track the high and low level of the signal.Finally,the method of system testing is studied and the performance of the receiver is tested.The results show that the sensitivity of the system is1.75×10-7W,the dynamic range is 48dB,the field of view isą1.5°,the angular resolution is 1.7mrad,and the static and dynamic tracking performance are stable,the detection range of 10km is satisfied.
