Through deep,cooperation with China telecom,changan rongtong asset management co.,Itd.launched credit purchase business for personal mobile phone consumption.In the specific operation process,the company has faced many problems of consumer default,and faced many opertional risks in the development of credit purchase business.Based on this,the purpose of this study is to through the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,field observation and other research methods,to changan finance asset management co.,LTD.,as the study case,the current domestic private small consumer finance companies in terms of credit purchases business risks faced by investigation and analysis,find out the current changan finance asset management co.,LTD.,the risks in credit purchases aims to farther improve and optimize the company in terms of credit upgrade the management status quo,the company's overall level of development.This study takes chang' an rongtong asset management co.,ltd.as a case to analyze the risk management of credit purchase in the consumer finance industry.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Chang'an rongtong asset management co.,ltd.is faced with problems in the credit purchase business,such as the lack of external regulatory environment,the disconnect between consumer confidence and their own economic conditions,and the insufficient internal control of the enterprise.(2)From the perspective of empirical research,age,total annual income,educational background and unit nature of customers are significantly related to the default situation of credit purchase of chang an rongtong asset management company.The above four indicators constitute the index system of customer credit evaluation system.Among them,the annual income and the nature of the unit have the most obvious influence on whether the customer defaults.The higher the income,the lowest default rate of the customer whose unit is a state-owned enterprise or public institution,and the highest default rate of the customer whose income is lower and the income is unstable.In terms of customer age,the older the customer is,the lower the default risk is.However,the default rate is relatively high among customers aged 38-42.In terms of education,the higher the degree of education,the lower the risk of default.Customers with high school degree or less are an important group of credit purchase default risk.(3)The customer's marital status,gender,urban/rural household registration,household registration location,contract term,purchase amount,etc.have little influence on whether the default risk will occur.As for the marriage situation,most of the current main contract customers are unmarried groups,so the sample size shows the proportion imbalance between married and unmarried customers,so further confirmation is needed.In terms of gender,the gender of the 520 customer samples was basically the same,so there was no significant impact.From the perspective of household registration location,xi 'an city selected in this study is the main research area.As a living city,this area has a large proportion of non-local population and rural population,which cannot form a relatively strong contrast relationship with the local population and urban population.Therefore,it has no significant impact.In terms of the purchase amount,compared with other forms of bank loans,the total purchase cost is relatively small,and the quantity difference between different grades is also small,so the impact of different prices on the default rate of mobile phones is not reflected.
