Preliminary Study On Plant Diversity Of Wuhan East Lake Greenway(Phase ?)

The greenway is a green infrastructure based on natural elements,connecting urban and rural open space such as recreation and leisure with historical and cultural protection sites.It is mainly for leisure,recreation and fitness,and serves as a corridor for citizens' green travel,biological migration and historical and cultural heritage protection.As one of the important components of urban green space system,greenway pays attention to its plant diversity,which is of great significance to know the richness of greenway plants,scientific and artistic composition of greenway plants and ecological benefits of greenway.In this study,the present situation of plant diversity was investigated and analyzed with the Hushan road,Huzhong road and country road of Wuhan east lake greenway(phase ?)as the main research objects,so as to provide some basic data for the plant configuration of Donghu greenway,other greenways and other greenbelts in the later period.The main research results are as follows:(1)There are 368 species of plants belonging to 243 genera of 97 families,including 3 ferns,17 gymnosperms,of the 348 angiosperms,267 were dicotyledons and 53 were monocotyledons.There were 4 families with more than 10 genera and 5 families with more than 5 genera.There were 8 families with more than 10 species and 13 families with more than 5 species.Contains the plant most is the Rosaceae,Compositae second.(2)There were 80 species of trees,95 species of shrubs,170 species of herbs,14 species of vines and 9 species of bamboos within the research scope.There are 88 species of evergreen woody plants and 96 species of deciduous plants.The ratio of evergreen plants to deciduous plants is 1:1.09.With 6 kinds of artificial cultivation of rare plants,respectively:yew(Taxus chinensis),Ginkgo(Ginkgo biloba),Metasequoia(Metasequoia glyptostroboides),lotus(Nelumbo nucifera),cycads(Cycas revoluta),camphor(Cinnamomum camphora)(3)In terms of plant origin,166 species of native plants,111 species of exotic plants and 91 species of exotic plants were studied.Herbs accounted for 65.93%of foreign plants.18 species of invasive plants,Trifolium repens^Erigeron annuus,Veronica didy,rma,Alterncmthera pkiloxeroides,Plantago virginica,Alternanthera pungens,Eleusine indica,Bidens Pilosa has great influence on other plants.(4)The ornamental analysis of plants showed that there were 161 species of flowering plants,61 species of leaf-watching plants,21 species of fruit-watching plants,65 species of shape-watching plants and 81 species of other ormamental types.There were 57 species of ornamental plants in spring,105 species in summer,94 species in autumn and 17 species in winter.(5)Within the research scope,the plant similarity coefficient of Hushan road and Huzhong road is 0.78.The plant similarity coefficients of country road,Hushan road and Huzhong road were 0.61 and 0.63,respectively(6)On the whole,the east lake greenway is rich in plant species and has a high diversity index.In addition to the eveniess index,the richness index,Simpson index and shannon-wiener index of the three greenways are all higher in shrub layer than in tree layer,which indicates that the diversity of shrub layer is higher than that of tree layer.
