With the further development and substantial promotion of electrical application,soft magnetic materials are more and more widely used in the electrical field.The hysteresis characteristics study of soft magnetic materials is the primary cause to grasp the magnetization and loss characteristics properly and accurately.In this paper,the hysteresis characteristics simulation and experimental studies are carried out on the J-A hysteresis model,the main work is as follows:(1)In order to solve the low precision and time-consuming problem for parameter extraction methods of the J-A hysteresis model,this paper proposed a J-A model parameter identification method that based on artificial fish swarm algorithm and L-M algorithm.Firstly,according to the strong global search ability of artificial fish swarm algorithm,it is applied to the region that the global optimal solution of J-A model parameters located in.When the handover transition criterion is satisfied,the artificial fish swarm algorithm terminates the iteration and switches to L-M algorithm.In this case of,strong local optimization ability,L-M algorithm takes the optimal solution which provided by artificial fish swarm algorithm as the initial value to converge to the global optimal solution quickly.(2)In order to solve unclear physical meaning and low precision of eddy current loss and residual loss in the traditional dynamic J-A model based on loss separation method,the paper proposed a new dynamic J-A model based on loss statistics theory by introducing loss statistics theory into the original static J-A model with reference to the magnetic field intensity M separation method.The static J-A model is used to solve the static magnetic field strength components,while the eddy current and residual magnetic field strength components are derived from the loss statistical theory.By comparing the calculated results with the measured ones,it is shown that the dynamic J-A model proposed in this paper has higher accuracy and clearer physical meaning than the traditional dynamic J-A model based on loss separation method.(3)It is studied that the materials with burrs in non-sinusoidal excitation wave.Combining with the definition and physical characteristics of classical J-A hysteresis model,the high rate change of irreversible magnetization will lead to the non-physical behavior of small hysteresis loops.Additional dissipation factor parameter R is introduced to characterize the loss-related behavior.The improved J-A hysteresis model is used to simulate the hysteresis curves with small hysteresis loops under non-sinusoidal excitation.The effectiveness method is verified by comparing with the experimental results.Finally,the simulation and experimental research of J-A hysteresis model in this paper are summarized.According to the results and shortcomings in the current work,the paper proposed the further work.
