With the rapid development of modern industry,the industrial production of heat transfer equipment requires a lot of water.However,serious harm will scale deposits of industrial equipment and industrial heat transfer equipment.The aqueous solution is heated in industrial equipment to accelerate the formation of calcium and magnesium ions in the solution to form insoluble salts and adhere to the walls of the pipes and vessels to form scale.It not only reduces the heat transfer efficiency,but also corrodes equipment and wastes energy resources.Therefore,the development of a safe,energyefficient anti-scaling and descaling device is of great significance for industrial production.In this paper,the conventional electromagnetic water processor can not deal with a single frequency,a narrow spectral range,and automatic frequency selection process defects and poor effect on the different environments,designed a sweeping field descaling apparatus.The unipolar PWM wave generated by the controller is converted into a bipolar pulse signal by a single-phase full-bridge inverter circuit,and the bipolar pulse signal is modulated into a positive-negative symmetrical triangular wave by an inductive load RL.The use of a triangular wave with a wide spectrum and multiple harmonics,combined with a sweep frequency method,generates a frequency-swept electromagnetic field to treat the scale,and can automatically select and output an optimal sweep range according to different water environment.Firstly,the descaling mechanism of the frequency-swept electromagnetic field is introduced.By analyzing the triangle wave by Fourier series expansion analysis and MATLAB modeling and simulation,the spectrum of the triangle wave is analyzed,and the effect of the sweeping electromagnetic field generated by the sweeping triangle wave on the descaling is obtained.Using ANSYS magnetic field analysis software,the effects of parameters such as the number of turns of the electromagnetic converter,the material of the pipe and the inner diameter of the pipe on the magnetic field strength are simulated and analyzed,and the most suitable winding turns and pipes of the device are selected.Secondly,the hardware circuit of the triangular wave generating device is designed,and the frequency automatic selection system of the control part of the MC9S12XS128 single-chip microcomputer is designed,and the optimal frequency sweeping signal is selected according to the sampling signal.Finally,the experimental platform of the sweeping magnetic field descaling device is built to verify the actual effect of the descaling system.By measuring the effect of cleaning the respective fixed frequency sweep range of different,field sweep verified design herein descaling apparatus has good Anti-fouling effect,and compared with the fixed frequency processor has better water Environmental adaptability.
