Avian colibacillosis is an important bacterial infection caused by avian pathogenic Escherichia.coli(APEC),which is a serious hazard to the development of the industry.APEC and urinary tract colonic Escherichia coli(UPEC)and neonatal meningitis large intestine Bacillus(NMEC)belongs to the same parenteral pathogenic Escherichia coli(ExPEC).Because of its high genetic homology with APEC and the two pathogenic Escherichia coli that can infect humans, its research has important public health significance..Non-coding small RNAs(sRNAs)are ubiquitous in bacteria and do not directly translate proteins but are extremely important regulators of bacteria, playing an important regulatory role in bacterial pathogenicity.Nearly 140 species of sRNA found in bacteria, about 90 species are distributed in E.coli,of which RyhB is the sRNA that is known to regulate the highest number of bacterial target mRNAs,originally found in E.coli, including avian pathogenicity in E.coli.It is ubiquitous in E.coli(APEC).As an important regulator of APEC,RyhB plays an important role in the regulation of APEC iron metabolism and regulation of environmental adaptability. The current study found that RyhB can affect APEC biofilm formation and chemotaxis. And acid resistance to regulate or affect the pathogenicity of APEC,but there are still many questions that are unclear.Among them, what role does RyhB affect in the process of infecting damaged host cells?Regulation and clarification of these questions are significant for revealing the pathogenesis of APEC.1.SRNA-RyhB affects APEC damage to tracheal epithelial cellsThe loss of RyhB mainly affects the biological regulation of bacteria, biofilm, cell component organization, cell localization, metabolic processes, and other processes.Through the biological processes such as the effects of biological processes and biological adhesions, the bacteria are deficient in RyhB after magnesium ions. The effects of iron ion, nickel ion plasma metabolism activities and the expression of genes involved in adhesion colonization affect APEC's anti-phagocytosis,adhesion,and adaptation to changes in the co-culture environment.Pathogenicity to cells.2 sRN A-RyhB regulates the damage of APEC on HD11 cellsAfter RyhB deletion, the adhesion and anti-phagocytosis of APEC to macrophages decreased.RyhB affected the anti-phagocytosis of APEC and the adhesion of cells to cells. The deletion of RyhB affects the expression of apoptotic proteins co-cultured by HDEC cells in APEC and affects the apoptosis-related apoptosis pathway of macrophages. The decrease of the toxicity of APEC on the cells caused by APEC to promote the apoptosis process of APEC.The stimulation is weakened, the erosiveness, adhesion and anti-phagocytosis of the cells are generally weakened, and the apoptosis stimulation is weakened,so the time for the apoptosis of the co-culture cells is shorter than that of the original APEC strain.
