Human genome information plays a vital role in guiding medical decision-making.Genomics research can be used to identify the potential association between disease and genes to improve the safety and efficacy of drug therapy.Biomedical research relies on a large number of genomic and clinical data,how to ensure that the shared data in the patient's privacy gene information has become the focus of the majority of scholars.In the past,when genetic data was shared,important identifiers that might identify individuals were first deleted,and the data was stored sequentially.However,studies have shown that using automated storage protection methods can be very simple for an attacker to extrapolate the principal identity.In the current research,encryption protocol is used to realize the security protection of the sharing,management and analysis of biomedical data,and by encrypting this data and outsourcing it to the third-party cloud service provider,the third party performs the data query operation to ensure the privacy and integrity of the data.By consulting a large number of literatures and analyzing the existing clinical genomic Data Security Query Protocol,this paper proposes a method based on less honest cloud server data query and secure sharing in view of the problems faced by genomic data security query.The main research work carried out in this paper is as follows:(1)Raw genome data processing technology.The method proposed in this paper deals with raw medical biological data containing genotype and phenotypic symptoms,ensuring the privacy security and query integrity of shared data.Firstly,the format processing method of primitive gene sequence is briefly introduced,and the related techniques and methods of gene data security sharing in current research are analyzed.Then,the method of adding Chinese cryptographic check position to the original gene data is proposed to verify the integrity of the query results,and the clinical diagnosis information corresponding to the patient genome sequence is processed by using the Sloan filter,which reduces the query time.(2)Searchable method of indexed data storage.By studying and analyzing the current Genomic Data Security query Protocol,this paper proposes a method of creating index query using hash table,which improves the query efficiency while ensuring the security of sensitive data.In this paper,we evaluate the proposed scheme by performing a safety counting query analysis of the existing genomic sequences of single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP).Experimental results show that our scheme is more flexible,easy to implement and more secure than other counting query methods in practical research work.
