With the progress of global science and technology,people's research on nanotechnology is getting deeper and deeper.With the support of nanotechnology,a brand new nanomaterial inorganic perovskite quantum dots has been gradually discovered,among which lead-based perovskite quantum dots are the outstanding representatives.The appearance of all-inorganic perovskite quantum dots has attracted extensive attention and research because of its high fluorescence yield,long fluorescence lifetime,adjustable emission peak and high stability after modification.Lead,a toxic element,is an important factor restricting its further development in the photoelectric industry.The main content of this paper is to synthesize lead-free perovskite quantum dots by comparing previous synthesis methods and replacing toxic lead elements with antimony,bismuth and tin.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first part mainly introduces the basic structure and optical properties of quantum dots and perovskite quantum dots.The main content of the second part is the time to distinguish between the construction of the single photon detection system,using the principle of confocal and time-resolved single photon counting technology,according to our experimental requirements,set up the two-dimensional scanning confocal microscope system,can achieve a single point in the samples of 2D plane imaging,finally through data processing to achieve the reduction of the whole of the graphics.It provides a powerful experimental tool for us to observe and measure some basic properties of quantum dots.The main content of the third part is to introduce the synthesis method and specific steps of lead-free quantum dots we are going to study,and prepare glass slides for the following optical characterization.Our main research content is to synthesize lead-free perovskite quantum dots with higher fluorescence efficiency and stronger stability by changing the synthesis methods of various lead-free quantum dots,the synthesis conditions and the adjustment of synthesis materials.The main content of the fourth part is through before we introduce the method forthe synthesis of quantum dots,through the study of the XRD,TEM,spectral optical characterization was carried out on the synthesis of quantum dots,and change the experimental synthesis conditions,calculated by fluorescence yield the best synthesis methods and synthesis conditions,research lays the foundation for the following specific optical properties.
