Dalian Beiliang chemical industrial park slope is high rock slope.Slope foot is a tank area and slope safety is first class.The slope is located in Yanlu fault seismic belt in north China.Seismic fortification intensity is six degrees.Static stability analysis and the dynamic stability analysis of slope is necessary.The paper is based on Beiliang slope as engineering background.According to the geological conditions of slope,use a combination of limit equilibrium theory and the strength reduction theory based on FLAC3D to analyze the natural state of the slope stability.And based on the static analysis,utilize the EI-Centro wave to analyze the natural state of the slope stability in earthquake.Put forward cutting slope and anchor cable supporting measures.The results show that the static potential landslide model for circular sliding slope under limit equilibrium method of slope safety factor is 1.262,and based on FLAC3U strength reduction method to get the safety factor of 1.26;Potential landslide slope under dynamic model for portfolio sliding,the acceleration and displacement response of the slope strength increases along with the slope height.Slope safety coefficient is 1.08 smaller than the static safety factor.
