The aim of ultra-relativistic heavy-ion collisions is to investigate the properties of strongly-interacting matter at extrem high temperatures and energy densities.Quantum Chromodynamics(QCD)calculations on the lattice predicts the formation of a Quark-Gluon Plasma(QGP),in which color confinement vanishes and chiral symmetry is partially restored, under such conditions.Heavy quarks(charm and beauty quarks)are unique probes of the QGP.When propagate through the QGP medium, heavy quarks interact with the medium constituens via the elastic(collisional)and inelastic(induced gluon radiation)processes and deposit their energy into the medium.Part of the heavy quarks will thermalize in the QGP medium and participate in the medium hydrodynamic evlolution due to the energy loss procedure.Measurements of strange-charmed hadrons(Ds,Ac.......)production in heavy-ion collisions will not only provide the information about heavy quark in-medium energy loss mechanisms, but also shed the insight into understanding the heavy hadonizations in both the QGP medium and vacuum. This thesis is structured as the following.Chapter 1 is an introduction of physics motivations.Chapter 2 gives main features of the ALICE apparatus and the data analysis framework, the strategy used for the strange-charmed hadron reconstruction is also illustrated.Chapter 3 concentrates on the Ds reconstruction in proton-lead collisions using the sequencial based method and machine learning based method with ALICE detectors. The comparision of the two methods and the optimization of the machine learning are returned in Chapter 4.Finally,the conclusion and outlook are given in Chapter 5.
