In recent years,enterprises are in a competitive and uncertain environment.Under the influence of external environment and subjective active behavior,enterprises are in evolving state all the time.In order to obtain continuous competitive advantages,enterprises need to constantly accumulate knowledge to enhance their competitiveness.In order to study the important mechanism of knowledge and norms in enterprise evolution and verify the role of norms in enterprise management,this paper simulates enterprise evolution mechanism by establishing a multi-Agent-based enterprise model.Based on this,the intelligent research of enterprise Agent is carried out based on genetic algorithm.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper begins with an introduction of the relevant technologies and specifications of Agent,and then models the Agent and their interactions in the enterprise system based on modeling approach of Agent,and establishes the multi-Agent enterprise model,including enterprise aggregate model,enterprise Agent model and enterprise Agent interaction model.(2)Design the intelligent module of enterprise Agent model based on the enterprise model.This paper uses norms coming from organizational semiotics to express the knowledge of enterprises,and designs the classifier system based on genetic algorithm.Coding the behavior norms of enterprise Agents,conducting genetic operation and realizing the discovery and update of the norms,and trying to find the corresponding relationship between enterprise norms and enterprise evolution activities.(3)The classification method of the code of conduct in organizational semiotics is proposed according to the deontic logic operator of the norm.Through the fuzzy selection of the Agent's code of conduct,the improvement of the classifier credit distribution system is realized,so as to improve the adaptability of enterprise Agents effectively.Due to the deontic logic operator cannot be calculated directly,fuzzy mathematics is used to deal with it.(4)Design and implementation of system simulation.Swarm simulation platform is used to realize model simulation.The simulation results verified the effectiveness of intelligent design of enterprise Agents.
