This study selected the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as the research area.14 typical new villages of ecological migration were selected in the yellow river economic zone,the central arid zone and the southern Ningxia mountainous area as the research objects.The study based on some data sources,for example,TM(30m)remote sensing images,DEM(30m),questionnaire data and statistical data of Ningxia in 2017.This study used ENVI 5.3,ArcGIS 10.2,SPSS 20 and other software programs to construct the basic database of ecological migration activity space in Ningxia.3S technology,matter element model,logistic regression model,and geographic detector method were applied to analyze the Spatial Suitability of new villages of ecological migration,the spatial characteristics of new villagers' activities of ecological migration and the spatial satisfaction of ecological migration activities.And the reconstruction of the activity space of ecological immigration in Ningxia was studied.The study can provide a scientific basis for the government to rationalize the spatial distribution of ecological resettlement areas.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The activity space of ecological migration can be identified,quantitatively described and expressed by 3S technology.GPS technology was used to obtain the spatial location of the activities of new villagers and their family address,and establish the basic database of the spatial activities of ecological migration;RS technology was used to pre-process remote sensing images such as atmospheric correction and radiation correction,completing the mosaic and fusion of remote sensing images,and extracting the NDVI average value of new ecological migrants villages;By using the spatial analysis technology of GIS,the quantitative descriptive indicators of ecological migration activity space were obtained,and the data was visualized to directly reflect the aggregation effect and distribution characteristics of villagers' activity space.(2)The spatial suitability of ecological migration activities was quantitatively evaluated and analyzed by matter-element model,the results showed that:the spatial suitability of 12 of the 14 new ecological migrant villages studied was above grade III,and all of them had the potential to change to a better suitability;According to the comprehensive evaluation index,land resource condition,natural condition,location condition,and the potential condition are factors in improving the spatial suitability of new ecological migration villages in Ningxia;From the whole of Ningxia,the Spatial Suitability of new ecological migrant villages along the yellow river economic zone,the central arid zone and the southern mountainous areas of Ningxia were not significantly different,so new ecological migrant villages can be laid out in all three regions;Within the three sub-regions,the Spatial Suitability of new ecological migration villages near cities and towns were significantly higher than that of new immigration villages which were far away from cities and towns.In terms of the perspective of ecological migration distance,the spatial suitability of the new ecological migration village inside the county was slightly better than that of the new ecological migration village outside the county.(3)Logistic regression model was used to study the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of the activity space of new eco-migrant villagers in Ningxia.The results showed that:the spatial combination of new villagers' activities is mainly composed of seven types:VT,VR,VC,VTR,VTC,VRC and VTRC.The income level of new ecological migration villagers was obviously related to the combination form of their activity space,which specifically showed:VTRC>VTC/VC>VRC>VTR>VR>VT>V;The significant factors influencing the spatial combination of villagers' activities are educational level,family population,occupation nature and age.Although there were differences in individual factors affecting the spatial composition of ecological migrant villagers' activities along the yellow river economic zone,the central arid zone and the mountainous areas of southern Ningxia,the overall similarity was shown.(4)By using geographic detectors,this paper studied the activity space satisfaction of new ecological migration villagers in Ningxia.The results showed that:The influencing factors of activity space satisfaction of new ecological migration villagers are mainly composed of five main factors:living environment factor,supporting facilities factor,living convenience factor,living conditions factor and life security factor.Villagers' satisfaction with the living environment factor is the highest;the evaluation factors may have an impact on the overall satisfaction of residents in new villages of ecological migration,and the explanatory power of the perception factors of residents' satisfaction is stronger than that of single factor after interaction.Individual and family attributes detection score and activity space satisfaction score are not significantly different It indicated that external environment and individual family attributes were important factors in the satisfaction score of new villagers of ecological migration.
