With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people's demand for communication capacity and communication service quality is getting higher and higher.In addition,the development of fiber-to-the-home and triple-network convergence in recent years has been proposed for related components of optical fiber communication systems higher requirements.Fiber-optic passive devices,with their all-fiber structure,have become one of the indispensable foundations of optical fiber communication networks.As an important optical fiber processing technology,optical fiber taper technology makes different kinds of optical devices by changing the shape and performance of the optical fiber.With the development of materials technology,computer technology and micro-machining technology,new opportunities are created for the manufacturing technology of fuse-cone passive devices based on optical fiber taper technology.In combination with the development needs of current optical fiber communication technologies,the need for scientific and technical personnel to improve and develop the manufacturing technology of the conical-type optical fiber device.Thereby accelerating the development of optical devices,and the urgent need to develop new types of fuse-cone passive devices based on the existing technology,to meet the higher speed and greater capacity transmission sensor.This paper is based on the technology of fuse-cone optical fiber sensing passive devices.Through the theoretical research of the fuse-cone optical fiber technology,the theoretical model of the fusion optical fiber optical transmission is obtained.The in-depth learning and mastering of the manufacturing process of the optical fiber taper device is realized.The production process of fuse-cone fiber splitters and CWDM wavelength division multiplexers,and based on this,an all-optical cone optical control device was proposed and its performance was experimentally studied.The main content of the paper includes:1.The status quo of the development of fiber-optic taper technology is reviewed.The development status of fuse-cone fiber optic device is summarized.2.After the optical fiber taper,the transmission mode of the light in the tapered fiber was studied theoretically.Specifically,it is divided into the propagation mode from the large end to the small end of a tapered fiber,and the propagation mode from the small end to the big end of a tapered fiber.3.Researched the specific production process of CWDM.Including the filter package,the assembly of the reflective end,the packaging of the waist drum and the small glass tube,the assembly of the transmission end,and the final test of the finished products.4.Preparation method of taper of single-mode optical fiber coated with graphene,and research on manufacturing process of single-mode double-window splitter.5.Power-control experiments of graphene-coated pull-tapered fibers were studied.A specific experimental analysis was performed for different taper optical fibers coated with different layers of graphene,and it was found that the linear variation of the spectral depth can be caused as the power of the broadband light source changes.
