The project portfolio selection is divided into static project portfolio selection and dynamic project portfolio selection.The static project portfolio selection is mainly for the newly started project of the enterprise,but in actual situations,the enterprise manager not only considers each decision point.Newly started projects,but also consider existing projects,such as existing projects with good benefits,upgrades,and scale expansion;or existing projects are losing money,whether to abandon the project and sell related equipment and production lines to obtain revenue;Or do not intervene for existing projects,keep the original scale to continue to follow,etc.These are all things that need to be taken care of by the business managers in the portfolio selection.Taking into account the newly started projects and existing projects,not only can the company obtain more benefits,but also enable enterprises to reduce losses.In the process of in-depth analysis of the project portfolio selection problem,the paper analyzes that the analysis models used in other scholars' research literature tend to have factors such as separability,resource constraints and cardinal constraints.These research contents are more concerned with research.Actual utility,but there is relatively little analysis of the interaction between projects.According to the actual case analysis,it is necessary and necessary to analyze the interaction and correlation between projects when selecting project portfolios,including interests,competition and resource sharing.Therefore,the author will carry out project portfolio selection based on the analysis of interaction relationship,as the main content and basic aspects of this research,which has very important practical significance for the future development of the enterprise.In this paper,the interaction relationship between projects is introduced into the dynamic project portfolio selection,so as to construct a new project portfolio selection model,that is,the dynamic project portfolio selection model considering the interaction between projects,and construct a dynamic project considering the interaction relationship between projects.The combination selection model,which contains a nonlinear product such as the product of the 0-1 variable and the 0-1 variable and the product of the 0-1 variable-and the continuous variable.If a heuristic algorithm is used,the global optimality of the solution cannot be guaranteed..Therefore,this paper uses linear transformation technology to linearize the model.This turns the model into a linear model that can be solved.Finally,in order to determine the sensitivity of important parameters,sensitivity analysis of the model was carried out.Finally,this paper takes the project portfolio selection problem faced by B company as an example,and obtains the dynamic project portfolio selection model without considering the interaction relationship between projects and the numerical solution of the dynamic project portfolio selection model considering the interaction relationship between projects.The comparison draws the following conclusions:(1)The dynamic project portfolio selection model considering the interaction relationship between projects compares with the dynamic project portfolio selection without considering the interaction relationship between projects,and the obtained net present value is larger.That is to say,considering the interaction between projects,it can bring more profits to the enterprise;(2)the introduction of the interaction relationship between the projects has no influence on the sensitivity of the parameters;(3)considering the mutual relationship between the projects In the dynamic project portfolio selection model of the relationship,the single project revenue is the most sensitive,followed by the single project cost and production preparation cost.
