ObjectiveIn order to interpret and develop Chinese medicine property theories of"ascending" and "descending"(CMPTAD)new connotation,the study will system integrated traditional and modern classic books in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)to collect the key information of Chinese medicine,such as macro information,medium information and micro information(MMMI),carry out standard digital encoding rules methodological research,and its related identification model of intelligent application research,as well as,explore the potential relationship between the odor(Five Qi)of Chinese medicine and its microscopic particles in the CMPTAD.Methods1.Select research materials and subjectsThis study combines the characteristics and advantages of traditional and modern classic books in the field of TCM,select several classic books by literature research,clarifies related Chinese medicine inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and focuses on collecting the key information of MMMI based on the CMPTAD.2.Establish the method of Chinese medicine data element coding rulesAccording to the classic books of TCM about the key information of Chinese medicine property theories,this paper adopt a series of upper standards and professional books,such as WS36x.x?GB/T31774?IS018668-1,"standard technology and application of medical and health information",etc.,each data element can be assigned a unique,language-independent identity,and common and special attributes of data elements are defined,as well as the digital coding rules of TCM data elements are established.3.Construct the Chinese medicine characteristic tree map based on digital standardThe digital coding technology of is applied to the Html5 Flexible Editor,and the Chinese medicine characteristic tree map(CTM)template is created which can be returned as Html5 or XML format.Besides,the collected MMMI are input structurally in XML format,to construct the Chinese medicine CTM based on digital standard.4.Intelligent application research on the digitized standard of the CMPTADOn the basis of relevant algorithms(TCM health status(including syndrome type),health record and medical record),the paper innovatively develop the XML algorithm for the diversity that take into account both topology and semantic XML algorithm for the diversity,and establish related mathematical function expression and identification model of "ascending" and "descending" Chinese medicine.Through training and trial application of the samples,the parameters of the identification model are repeatedly adjusted until convergence.Combined with data analysis and mining methods to explore the potential relationship between the odor(Five Qi)of Chinese medicine and its microscopic particles in the CMPTAD.Results1.OOn the basis of a series of upper standards and professional books,such as WS36x.x?GB/T31774?IS018668-1,"standard technology and application of medical and health information",as well as the MMMI,a methodology study of data element coding standard rules that covering,ascending-descending-floating-sinking,four properties and five tastes of Chinese medicine property theories were established.2.Through the application of digital coding technology of Chinese medicine data elements to the Html5 Flexible Editor,CTM template was created which can be returned as Html5 or XML format,that could support the implementation of digital standards.Finally,20 CTMs(high-order multi-dimensional type)were constructed.3.On the basis of CTM,the paper combined mathematical modeling,and calculation method of diversity,the related mathematical function expression model of traditional Chinese medicine was established,besides,the identification model of artemisia annua and "ascending" and "descending" Chinese medicine were constructed,trained,optimized and even convergent.According to the test CTM calculation and analysis,the effective rate of the identification model of artemisia annua is 100%,the effective rate of the identification model of "ascending" Chinese medicine is 94.29%,the effective rate of the identification model of "descending" Chinese medicine is 97.14%.In addition,the results showed that "ascending" and "descending" Chinese medicine is related to the length of the molecular carbon chain(P=0.143<0.2),the molecular weight size(P=0.052<0.2),the mother nucleus structure(P=0.033<0.2),the number of chiral carbon atoms(P=0.089<0.2)of its microscopic particles.Conclusion1.This study based on collecting the MMMI of some "ascending" and "descending"Chinese medicine from several classic and modern research results of TCM,build up the methodology study of data element coding standard rules that covering,ascending-descending-floating-sinking,four properties and five tastes of Chinese medicine property theories,it is helpful to provide digital coding basis and technical standard for Chinese traditional medicine and traditional medicine information coding in various countries.2.The Chinese medicine CTM based on digital standard combined with the deficiency of the existing map development and absorb the advantages of XML,to develop their own both the flexible layout text interface,and have a good,rigorous and customizable element names and attributes of the XML structure,has "can see for a quick,elastic edit" function,can meet the personalized needs to study,at the same time help across the regional interaction and sharing of information.3.Identification of TCM is an objective examination of the quality and performance of TCM,which plays a very important role in its production,processing,clinical application and trade circulation.In this study,the XML tree map diversity algorithm of artemisia annua,"ascending" and "descending" Chinese medicine were created that can effectively assist in the identification Chinese medicine,which is beneficial to provide certain technical support and theoretical guidance for the research on intelligent application of Chinese medicine.4.By Chinese medicine property theories combination of MMMI,has explored the potential relationship between the odor(Five Qi)of Chinese medicine and its microscopic particles in the CMPTAD,as well as interpretation and development the new medicinal theory connotation of CMPTAD(abstract model).At the same time,It also provides new ideas and technical basis for further research on "ascending" and"descending" Chinese medicine odor(such as odor molecules and even ions and quantum),and the integration of TCM diagnosis theory and modern science and technology(such as electronic nose and TCM olfactory diagnosis).
