With the rapid development of natural science,there have been abundant interdisciplinary research achievements in the field of biological gene research.DNA sequence visualization is a research direction that combines biology and computer science.DNA sequence visualization has become an indispensable part of current gene sequence research because of its intuitive and simple advantages,which help researchers to observe and analyze quickly.Therefore,it is the most important task in the field of DNA sequence visualization to form a complete,simple and highly available visualization model.However,the current research results of DNA sequence visualization are few,and the existing visualization models have many problems as follows:1)information degradation and loss;2)limited by sequence size;3)poor visualization effect;4)obscure and difficult to understand;5)visualization results are difficult to analyze.Aiming at the problems in current research,a new variable projection model is proposed.Variable projection model is a variable system for statistical research on the number of bases of DNA sequence.In this paper,the chromosomal DNA of 12 generic animals is selected as an example of variable projection model to verify the validity of the variable projection model in solving the above problems,and it performs well in similarity analysis and difference comparison of biological species.Variable projection model introduces the concept of parameters,uses parameters to segment DNA sequence,counts the number of four bases in multi-segment DNA sequence,chooses the appropriate base combination and uses computer graphics processing technology to project two-dimensional images,and finally obtains the best projection diagram by adjusting parameters for observation and analysis.The visualization results of the variable projection model are clear,clear,intuitive and easy to analyze.It has great advantages in similarity analysis and difference comparison of biological species,and the visualization results can reflect the relationship between the distribution of alkaloid bases and the special projection patterns representing biological species.Variable projection model is a complete,simple and powerful visualization model of DNA sequence,which contributes to the research of gene sequence.
