With the rapid development of the subway transportation,higher requirements for railway operation time and traffic safety have been requested.In order to ensure the efficiency of subway operation,most of the lines use shift work to arrange driver worksheet.However,the characteristics of subway driving and the shift work will cause the driver's fatigue,which is one of the main reasons to cause railway traffic accidents.To reduce the fatigue risk of subway drivers,the thesis focuses on the effect of biolofical rhythm on scheduling,and study the formation mechanism,influencing factors and evaluation methods of fatigue in shift work.Meanwhile,the thesis focuses on the modeling and algorithms of crew planning.Based on these stydies,a mathematical model and the corresponding algorithm of subway crew scheduling has been designed and implemented.The specific research contents are as follows:1.According to the actual situation of subway operation of driver,the thesis analyse concepts of crew planning,and the influencing factors of biothythm in shift work.The method and theoretical requirement of scheduling planning in this study are clarified,which provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of the model.2.The fatigue evaluation method is proposed,based on 2 in-use methods of shift worker and the theoretical model of biothythm.The model is verified by the subjective fatigue survey of subway attendants,and it can be used to evaluate the fatigue risk of subway crew shift.3.According to the studies of crew scheduling,the scheduling problem is divided into two parts:single shift scheduling and periodic shift scheduling.Single shift scheduling is solved by set coverage model,and the constraint of fatigue is added.The fatigue evaluation model is applied to scheduling of periodic shift,and a corresponding genetic algorithm is designed to solve it.The model and algorithm can be used to reduce the fatigue risk of subway driver by the optimize scheduling results.4.The existing data of Beijing subway Yanfang line are used for example analysis,to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.The shift work fatigue evaluation method is used for comparing with the original and the algorithm results.It is proved that the method is practical and effective which can provide theoretical and technical support for the preparation of metro traffic scheduling plan.
