| With the development of society and the complexity of living environment,it is very difficult for decision makers to evaluate attributes with precise language.They are hesitant for things.It adds to the difficulties of solving multiple attribute problems,but the hesitant fuzzy numbers just solved the decision maker’s ambivalence.In this paper,we mainly focus on the decision problem that is known or completely unknown to the attribute weight,and the attribute value is the complex multiple attribute decision of the hesitant fuzzy number or the hesitant fuzzy number of the interval.The main work is summarized as follows:The attribute weights are part of known,and the attribute value is a hesitant fuzzy number and an interval hesitant fuzzy number.Using the maximum deviation method to calculate the weight based on the novel TODIM method,then a new measure function is proposed.Compared with previous functions,we proves its superiority.The simulation example verifies the practical application value of this problem.The attribute weight is completely unknown,and the attribute value is a hesitant fuzzy number and an interval hesitant fuzzy number.By using the maximum deviation method and based on the new measured function is developed.Sort by comparing the value of the final function.The method of solving hesitant fuzzy number problem is given.This method avoids a lot of data loss and the subjective arbitrariness of decision makers.The simulation example gives the optimal ranking for practical problems.Although we proposed a new method for hesitant fuzzy number problem,but many problems still need us to continue to study.For example,for the problem of more complex hesitant fuzzy multiple attribute,we need to find a more simple and convenient method of research in the future.In this paper,the attribute values of this paper are independent,but the researchers need to continue to explore the influence and action in future. |
