The black-odor water will have adverse effects on the city and residents,while the single aeration technology and microbial remediation method have poor effects on the repair of black-odor water.The experiment adopts the treatment process of“aeration oxygenation+combined microorganisms”as the core,and uses aeration amount,aeration time,photosynthetic bacteria and subtilis spores as the repairing conditions of black odorous water body,according to the overlying water and sediment.The effect of contaminant removal determines the best repair conditions.In the black-odor water repair test,the research results are as follows:Aeration has a certain repair effect on black-odor water.among them,2 L/min aeration has the best effect in sediments and floating water,the sediment reduction?G value growth rate?organic matter removal rate were 3.16 cm?350%?and 44.5%,the removal rates of COD and TP in the float water were 36.69%and 44.19%.In addition,when the aeration time is 9 h,the sediment reduction?G value growth rate?organic matter removal rate are 3.28 cm?394.4%and 48.75%,respectively,and the repair effect on the sediment is best;when the aeration time is 9 h,the removal rates of COD and TP were 55.8%and 67.02%.The best repair effect on floating water TN and NH3-N was 12 h,and 9 h was slightly lower than 12 h.Therefore,this test considers the repair effect and operation cost comprehensively,and selects 2 L/min and 9 h as the best conditions for aeration.Under the effect of aeration,the effects of photosynthetic bacteria and Bacillus subtilis agents on the repair of black-odor water were studied.It is concluded that the aeration and combined microorganisms have the best degradation effect on COD,TN and NH3-N,and the removal rates are 56.53%?54.45%and 59.02%,respectively.The sediment reduction,G value growth rate and organic matter removal rate are 3.6 cm?32.6%?331%,the best degradation effect on the sediment.In the investigation of the combined amount of microbial agents,it is concluded that 0.5 g/m3 photosynthetic bacteria and 0.5 g/m3 subtilisin are more beneficial to the degradation of COD?TP?organic matter and sediment thickness.The orthogonal optimization experiment was carried out on the repair conditions of black-odor water,and the aeration amount played a major role in the reduction of sediment,COD and TN removal rate.The main factors of G value growth rate,NH3-N and organic matter removal rate were photosynthetic bacteria.Agent,the main factor of TP degradation is aeration time.The experimental study found that the best repair conditions for black-odor water are 2L/min aeration?6 h aeration time?0.5 g/m3 photosynthetic bacteria and 1 g/m3 Bacillus subtilis,floating water COD?TN?NH3-N and TP The removal rates of were 69.42%?50.25%?70.22%?and 80.02%,respectively;the sediment reduction was 3.83 cm,the organic matter removal rate was 17.82%,and the G value growth rate was 449.4%.
