Quantum secure communication is not only an important branch of quantum information science,but also a new technology with the most practical value in quantum informatics.Compared with traditional cryptography,quantum secure communication has incomparable advantages.At present,the security and confidentiality of information closely affect every aspect of everyone's life,and even the important strategic resources of a country's politics,military and economy.The absolute security of quantum secure communication prevents eavesdropping,making it a hot spot of research in various countries.The study of quantum secure communication has entered the early stage from theoretical research to large-scale application.The research and development of key components in quantum secure communication is very important.Based on the research and development of key technologies of quantum secure communication in major science and technology project of Yunnan province,this paper focuses on several electronic modules in quantum secure communication.The synchronous light driving circuit,signal light driving circuit and driving circuit of single photon detector in quantum secure communication,which provide support for the research and development of single photon detector,as well as its application in quantum secure communication system in the project,are mainly discussed.In this paper,the detection principles of PIN photodiode and APD avalanche diode are compared and analyzed.The synchronous light driving circuit,signal light driving circuit and three modes of single photon detector driving circuit are designed.The design of photoelectric conversion module,preamplifier,pulse width adjusting module,delay module,filter module,and waveform shaping module of gate-controlled signal in single photon detector driving circuit,working in Geiger mode,are introduced in detail.A simple,effective,low-cost solution for width and amplitude modulation of gate-controlled signal is designed in particular.The requirements of layout and routing rules for high-speed PCB design are also introduced.The driving circuit of gate-controlled for single photon detector in Geiger mode is designed and fabricated by PCB layout.Finally,the single photon detection control circuits of 40MHz counting frequency are realized.The gate signal width is as small as 5ns.The amplitude of 0.4V-6.0V and the delay time of 2ns-510ns are both adjustable.The requirement of application can be met.
