In policing work,most of the policing information is closely related to geographic space.The application of geographic information technology in policing work can effectively improve the efficiency of public security organs,which has been paid more and more attention by public security organs and government departments at all levels.At present,the police geographic information system has experienced the development from two-dimensional GIS,simulation three-dimensional to real-world threedimensional.Two-dimensional GIS and simulation three-dimensional play an important role in public security information work,but there are also technical shortcomings,which make it difficult to depict spatial objectives.Real-scene threedimensional GIS can simulate the objective real world and reappear the real city scene.It has become an important research direction of police geographic information system.On the basis of studying the current development situation of police geographic system and the related theories of three-dimensional GIS,this paper puts forward the solution of constructing three-dimensional police geographic information system.Combining with the basic data provided by a certain city public security bureau,the three-dimensional police geographic information system is designed and implemented.The system reduces the work intensity of police officers and improves the efficiency of public security organs.Firstly,a three-dimensional police geographic information system is designed based on the idea of software engineering.Through communication with users and discussion at meetings,the actual business of population management,video surveillance and police management of public security organs is investigated and analyzed,and the overall demand,data demand and functional demand of the system construction are clarified.On the basis of demand analysis,this paper designs and implements the police database,and designs the technical framework,functional framework and sub-functional modules of the system in detail.At the same time,it studies the relevant technologies applied in the process of system development and implementation,and determines the technical route of system development and implementation.Then,guided by the demand analysis and system design,based on the secondary development platform of CityMaker 3D GIS,combined with the technology of City three-dimensional scene modeling and three-dimensional video fusion,an interactive,measurable and queriable police information management system is realized.The system integrates the existing population management system,case management system,video surveillance system and GPS positioning system of public security organs,and provides the functions of key area management,room association,police deployment,video surveillance management,hazard source management,population and case statistical analysis for public security organs.Finally,system testers,guided by requirement analysis and detailed design,set up test cases for system functional modules,use integrated testing,system testing and regression testing to verify the system status,and improve the system according to the test results.The test results show that the system meets the business needs of public security organs.
