The group decision-making aims to obtain the best scheme through the scientific processing of the evaluation values,acquired based on a number of experts' evaluation of the alternatives solutions under multiple parameters.There are three key technical problems in the study of group decision-making,the assignment of the weights of experts and parameters,the method of aggregation of evaluation information and the sorting method of the schemes.In this paper,by comparing the existing weighting strategies,we proposes a method for determining the weights of the parameters of linguistic value soft set based on information entropy and a method for determining the experts' weights by the extreme difference of linguistic values of the alternatives regarding a certain parameter.On this basis,a generalized Maclaurin weighted average aggregation operator is constructed,and a new group decision-making method based on the superiority degrees of the linguistic values is proposed.The comparative examples show the feasibility and rationality of the proposed method.The main research work in this paper is as follows.Firstly,the background of group decision-making is recalled,the theory and classical algorithms related to soft set and group decision-making are reviewed.The methods of determining parameters' and experts' weights,aggregation operators and sorting methods are deeply investigated,and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are studied and analyzed.Secondly,in view of the problem of linguistic value decision-making,we use triangular fuzzy numbers to fuzzify the linguistic values,and propose a method of measuring the similarity degree of linguistic values and the method of describing the degree of superiority between linguistic values.Thirdly,the weights of parameters and experts have great impacts on the results of group decision-making.The existing weighting strategies are divided into subjective evaluation methods and objective determination methods.Subjective assessment methods are affected by environmental factors and human factors,and it is difficult to obtain accurate weights.On the basis of analyzing and reviewing the shortcomings of the existing objective weight determination methods,combining the similarity and the extreme difference between the schemes,a method of determining the weights of the experts and a method of determining the weights of the parameters based on the information entropy are proposed.Through the example,the rationality of the weighting strategies for both expertsand parameters is verified.Fourthly,the Maclaurin symmetric mean is a classical data aggregation operator.It is popularly used in the research fields of group decision-making and data fusion.In this paper,a generalized Maclaurin weighted averaging aggregate operator based on triangular fuzzy numbers is proposed to fuse the linguistic values and the properties of this operator are discussed in detail.Finally,in order to solve the problem of group decision-making of linguistic value soft sets,a schemes' sorting method based on the possibility of superiority of linguistic values is presented.An algorithm to realize the group decision-making of linguistic value soft sets is given.The rationality of the method is verified by an example.
