At present,there are few studies on the community structure and influencing factors of microbial communities in the lower reaches of Ganjiang River.In this paper,the representative areas of the river-lake interlaced zone in the lower reaches of the Ganjiang River are selected as the research area.Five sampling points are set up.The sampling is carried otu in the surface layer and the middle bottom layer in the wet and dry seasons respectively.The analysis of the water body microbes is used to explore the Ganjiang River.The distribution of microbial communities in the intertwined and wet seasons and their influencing factors provide a basis for water environment monitoring and protection of water ecosystems in the river-lake ecotone in the lower reaches of the Ganjiang River.The distribution of microbial communities in the intertwined and wet seasons and their influencing factors provide a basis for water environment monitoring and protection of water ecosystems in the river-lake ecotone in the lower reaches of the Ganjiang River.In this paper,high-throughput sequencing was used to analyze the microbial abundance,diversity and distribution and its response to environmental factors,and the following results were obtained:1.The number of effective sequences was 159,946 in the river-lake ecotone in the lower reaches of the Ganjiang River.The average length of the sequence was 445.49 bp,and 1587 OTUs were obtained.The total number of valid sequences was 156,399 in the flood season.The average length of the sequence has 438.74 or get 2380 OTUs.2.High-throughput sequencing data showed that the microbial community in the dry season showed a total of 28 microbial communities at the five classification points.The dominant bacteria were Proteobacteria,and the Bacillus licheniformis a total of 301 genus microbial communities were found in the genus Mycorrhizal,and the genus was found in 34 genus levels.The dominant pHylum was the Proteobacteria,Bacteroides,Actinomycetes,Cyanobacteria,sputum micropHylaxis,green bacillus,and acid bacillus.A total of 414 microbial communities belonging to the classification level were found.Whether in the dry season or in the wet season,the proteobacteria are the largest dominant bacteria,and the Cyanobacteria_norank under the cyanobacteria is a large dominant genus.3.The river-lake ecotone in the lower reaches of the Ganjiang River has high microbial abundance and diversity in both dry and wet periods.The abundance and diversity of microbial communities during the wet season were higher than those in the dry season.4.The spatial distribution of microbial communities in the river-lake ecotone in the lower reaches of the Ganjiang River is not significant during the dry season and the wet season.The effect of small-scale spatial distance on the distribution of microbial community composition is less than the impact of physical and chemical indicators.5.The main environmental factors affecting the distribution of microbial communities in the river-lake ecotone in the lower reaches of the Ganjiang River are total nitrogen,water temperature and pH.Some microorganisms have certain tolerance to heavy metals such as mercury ions and Bacteroides.It is not a single factor that affects the distribution of microbial communities,but the combined effects of multiple factors.
