In this paper, two plants,Wisteria sinensis and Bauhinia hupehana, were selected as experimental materials. The growth, physiological indexes and accumulation and migration of heavy metal ions of two plants under different Cu tailings were studied by pot culture. The ratio of Cu tailings sand and garden soil is:100%garden soil?CK?,1/4copper tailings+3/4 garden soil?1/4Cu?,1/2copper tailings+1/2garden soil?1/2Cu?,3/4copper tailings+1/4garden soil?3/4Cu?,100%copper tailings?Cu?,comprehensive evaluation of the growth and physiological status of the two plants in Cu tailings sand,to explore two Tolerance of plant species to Cu tailings and whether it can be used for the repair of Cu tailings or Cu contaminated land;Study on the growth, physiological indexes and heavy metals of different plants under different concentrations of fulvic acid?FA?on all Cu tailings The effect of ionic accumulation and migration, the concentration of fulvic acid is CK?0mg/L?,50FA?50mg/L?,100FA?100mg/L?,200FA?200mg/L?,400FA?400mg/L?Exploring whether fulvic acid can enhance the ability of two plants to repair Cu tailings. The research results are as follows:1.The effects of different content of Cu tailings on the growth and metal ion accumulation of two legumes were studied. The results showed that both Wisteria and Hubei goats can grow in Cu tailings, and low content of Cu tailings for two plants. The growth of both plants is promoted, but the growth of the two plants is inhibited in the whole Cu tailings;the accumulation of Cu2+in both plants is concentrated in the underground, and increases with the increase of Cu tailings content, wisteria enrichment The ability of Cu2+is stronger than that of Bauhinia hupehana.2.The effects of different content of Cu tailings on the physiological characteristics of two legumes were studied. The results showed that the Cu tailings had no significant effect on the content of light and pigment in wisteria and the content of chlorophyll b and carotenoids in the stalk of,but in the whole Under the Cu tailings sand, the content of chlorophyll a in the stalk of Bauhinia hupehana was significantly decreased. The membrane permeability of the two plants increased significantly, the activity of SOD enzyme decreased significantly, and the activity of CAT enzyme increased. The content of MDA in Bauhinia hupehana scorpion was significantly increased, the activity of POD enzyme was significantly decreased, and the content was low.The Cu tailings sand can reduce the MDA content of the two plants, increase the POD enzyme activity of the two plants, and increase the SOD activity and GSH content of the goats.3.The effects of different concentrations of fulvic acid?FA?on the growth and metal ion accumulation of two legumes under Cu tailings stress were studied. The results showed that different concentrations of FA had no significant effect on the growth of two plants in total Cu.However, low concentrations of FA increased the tolerance index of the two plants to Cu tailings.Exogenous addition of a certain concentration of fulvic acid can promote the accumulation of Cu2+,Zn2+and Ca2+in Wisteria and Bauhinia hupehana, and increase the mobility of three heavy metal ions.4.The effects of different concentrations of fulvic acid?FA?on the physiological characteristics of two legumes under Cu tailings stress were studied. The results showed that the light and pigment content,CAT enzyme activity and GSH content of the two plants were not different in different concentrations of FA.The effect of 200FA and400FA decreased the cell membrane permeability of the sheep's hooves. The addition of FA decreased the content of MDA in the wisteria, increased the activity of SOD enzyme and POD,and increased the ASA content. The results showed that Wisteria and Bauhinia hupehana had strong tolerance to Cu tailings and had a certain enrichment effect on heavy metal Cu2+,which could be used for the repair of Cu tailings soil.Exogenous addition of fulvic acid can improve the tolerance of Wisteria to Cu and strengthen the ability of Wisteria to repair Cu pollution, but it has no significant effect on Bauhinia hupehana.
