| Radio telescope is a typical mechatronics product,which is used to receive energy conversion devices from celestial bodies.In the 1960 s,the four very important discoveries are made in the astronomy,including pulsars,quasars,cosmic microwave background radiation,and interstellar organic molecules.All of these are related to radio telescopes.In order to meet the national astronomical science in pulsar,star formation,molecular spectral lines,gravitational lensing,VLBI,explorations of deep space,QTT(Qitai Radio Telescope)with a diameter of 110 meters is planned to be built in xinjiang.the maximum working frequency is 115 GHZ.When the antenna is built and used,its diameter will become the largest in the world and its performance will reach the leading level in the world.Based on the proposed project as the background,this paper based on the predecessors’ work,mainly on the active reflector antenna system requirements and design key points are analyzed,and then continue to study the active reflector actuator structure design and control integration problems.In the paper,the requirements and the key points of the design are analyzed based on the proposed project as the background and the predecessors’ work,furthermore,the structure design of the active reflector actuator and control integration problems are studied.In the paper,the active reflector system principle,the active reflector research situation at home and abroad,the indicators analysis of the QTT actuators about the active reflector,the plan desige,the analysis and calculation of the main indicators and the research on the measurement scheme of the active reflector.The analysis of the actuator weigth and the analysis and calculation of the load are included in the analysis and calculation of the main indicator.Meanwhlie,the principle,the process and the example of the photography are included in the measurement scheme of the active reflector control.The active reflector system actuator will play a key role in order to ensure the performance of the QTT which can reach the international leading level.In the pater,a brief description of the system principle involved is gived in the study of the active reflector actuator,which is designed,analyzed and calculated,the design of the active reflector system in detail is guided by the theory and design.It also has the certain reference value to other people in the field of engineering machinery structure. |
