Calculation And Application Of Chronic Disease Burden

This paper mainly introduces the research method to measure the comprehensive health status of population-disease burden,which can be simply summarized as the cal-culation of some indicators.First this paper introduces the definition of chronic disease and common chronic disease,and then illustrates the growing trend in China,chronic diseases in order to curb the trend of development,the need to make a scientific deci-sion,disease burden research can provide data support for the decision-making,so this is the meaning of burden of disease study.Since the research on the burden of disease mainly refers to the global burden of disease research project,the historical background and research significance of the global burden of disease(GBD)are introduced.The global burden of disease research is essentially a quantitative comparison of disease-related indicators among various populations,so as to obtain the comprehensive health status of the population,which can provide important references for the development of various medical undertakings in countries.Then this paper introduces a type of burden and the significance of various indicators disease burden can be divided into direct e-conomic burden and indirect economic burden and individual family social burden.The leading estimates of burden are mortality,disability-adjusted life years(DALY),risk factor scores,and life expectancy(HALE).In chapter 2,we first introduce the calculation method of mortality and introduce an important regression model-gaussian process regression model.Then we presented the calculation method of disability adjusted life years,at the time of calculating DALY,we introduced the DisMod model,main DisMod model is the function of the completion data and the relationship between the new guideline values,using variables with the need of calculating DALY is an important indicator of course,in the case of the lack of statistical data,the index can be calculated through the DisMod model rely on existing data.After obtaining DALY of disease,we introduce the comparative risk assessment strategy to calculate the proportion of burden-related risk factors,and introduce the calculation method to introduce gaussian process into the exposure value.Finally,we introduce the calculation methods of various life expectancy by Sullivan method.This paper mainly refers to the manual National burden of disease studies[1]and the latest agreement GLOBAL BURDEN OFDISEASE PROTOCOL FOR THE GLOB-AL BURDEN STUD Y[2]and its cited papers,then we provided a systematic description of the methods in the manual and agreement.
