Based on the survey data of macrobenthos in the intertidal zone along Yanpu Bay in October 2014(before planting in autumn),April 2015(before planting in spring),in October 2017(planting in autumn autumn),and in April 2018(planting in autumn spring),the species composition and distribution,density and biomass of macrobenthos community in the region before and after Kandelia candel planting were analyzed.bio-diversity index,G-F diversity index,community structure,particle size spectrum and secondary productivity were used to systematically analyze the changes of macrobenthos community before and after planting in the region,and ABC curve method was used to analyze the changes of community structure stability.By comparing the secondary productivity of macrobenthos in the whole intertidal zone before and after cultivation,the effects of cultivation of Kandelia candel on the secondary productivity of intertidal zone along Yanpu Bay were studied.The main results are as follows:A total of 39 species of macrobenthos belonging to 5 phyla,6 classes,20 families,30 genus were identified before planting in autumn.Four dominant species were Macrophthalmus japonicus,Metaplax longipes,Sinonovacula constricta and Alpheus japonicus.19 species of macrobenthos were identified after planting in autumn,belonging to 6 phyla,6 orders,15 families and 18 genus,and 5 dominant species were Cerithidea largillierti,Metaplax longipes,Periophthalmus modestus,Lunatia gilva and Uca arcuata.20 species of macrobenthos were identified before planting in spring,belonging to 5 phyla,6 classes,14 families and 18 genus,and 3 dominant species were Metaplax longipes,Macrophthalmus japonicus and Assiminea brevicula.21 species of macrobenthos were identified after planting in spring,belonging to 7 phyla,10 classes,17 families and 19 genus.There were 4 dominant species,in turn,Cerithidea largillierti,Lunatia gilva and Metaplax longipes.By comparison,the density of high and middle tide zone in autumn increased,while the density of low tide zone remained unchanged.The biomass of high and low tide zone increased,while the biomass of middle tide zone decreased,and the average density and biomass increased.After planting,the density of all tide zone in spring increased compared with before planting;the biomass of high and middle tide zone increased compared with before planting,while the biomass of low tide zone decreased compared with before planting;the average density and biomass increased compared with before planting.The evenness index(J')and species diversity index(H')of macrobenthos after planting were higher than those before planting.The intergeneric diversity and interfamily diversity of macrobenthos decreased in autumn after planting,while the intergeneric diversity of macrobenthos increased in spring while the interfamily diversity decreased.The intergeneric diversity index after planting decreased.The results of ANOSIM test showed that the macrobenthos community in autumn before and after planting was divided into four groups,among which only G1 and G2 had significant difference,accounting for 16.67% of the group.There was no significant difference between the other groups.The macrobenthos communities in spring can be divided into four groups,with a significant difference of 1 group(16.67%)and 2 groups(33.33%)with a significant difference.There is no significant difference between the other groups.The biomass curve of ABC curve before planting was below the abundance curve,while the biomass curve after planting was above the abundance curve.The secondary productivity of macrobenthos in each tidal zone before planting ranged from large to small: low tide zone > middle tide zone > high tide zone,the dominant group was crustaceans(50.96%)and after planting was high tide zone > low tide zone > middle tide zone,the dominant group was mollusks(49.14%).Before planting,the secondary productivity of macrobenthos in each tidal zone ranged from large to small: low tide zone > high tide zone > middle tide zone,and the dominant group was crustaceans(71.43%).In spring after planting,it was low tide zone > middle tide zone > high tide zone,and the dominant group was mollusks(42.18%).The results of correlation analysis of sediment quality in Yanpu Bay intertidal zone in the front of planting showed that zinc was positively correlated with lead,zinc and chromium,copper and zinc,lead and chromium,and copper was positively correlated with lead,copper and chromium,lead and cadmium.The results of correlation analysis of sediment quality after planting showed that copper and lead,copper and chromium,zinc and lead were significantly positively correlated,while copper and zinc,lead and chromium,lead and organic carbon,cadmium and organic carbon were significantly positively correlated.Canonical Correspondence Analysis(CCA)was used to analyze the quality of macrobenthos and sediments.The results showed that mercury,copper,arsenic and lead had a greater impact on macrobenthos before planting,and arsenic,copper and chromium had a greater impact on macrobenthos after planting.
