Sea Surface Temperature(SST)is one of the important parameters of the marine environment and is a key variable in understanding the interaction between the ocean and the atmosphere. The global climate has shown a significant warming trend in the past 100 years and sea surface temperature has increased the most on the global scale. In the past 100 years, the SST in most of the seas in the world has a significant warming trend. The Bohai Sea,which is the inner sea,and the Yellow Sea,which is the edge of the sea,are both in the east of China's mainland and both belong to China offshore. The SST changes in the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea have a great impact on the climate and precipitation in the critical area.At the same time,it is very important for the development and utilization of inland marine resources. It is indispensable to study the climatic characteristics,long-term changes and their influenced mechanisms of the SST in the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea.In this paper, the two offshore areas of the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea are taken as research objects.First, the SST climatic characteristics analysis of the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea are studied by using remote sensing data from 1982 to 2017.At the same time, the comparative analysis of the sea area is carried out. Then the variation characteristics of SST in the two sea areas are analyzed over the past 36 years and the characteristics of SST changes in Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea in the past 36 years and 148 years are compared. At last the marine and meteorological elements that may affect the SST changes are systematically analyzed, providing an advanced research basis for comprehensive and thorough analysis of the SST change mechanism.Such research also provides a reference basis for the future offshore marine environment in China. The annual spatial distribution of the SST in the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea warms up with the decrease of latitude. This distribution is mainly related to the change of solar radiation with latitude. The SST of the Bohai Sea is increasing from northeast to southwest. The SST of the Yellow Sea is obviously increasing from north to south; The summer and autumn SST of the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea are higher than that in the winter and spring. The SST of the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea have obvious periodic changes, and the highest temperature and the lowest temperature months are consistent, while the highest temperature month is in August and the lowest temperature month is in February each year;the Bohai Sea SST has periodic variation characteristics of 17-18a,12a and 4-5a,while the Yellow Sea SST is12-13a,17-18a and 4a.The average annual SST of the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea in the past 36a is increasing. The SST warming rate of Bohai Sea is 0.255?/10a,the Yellow Sea is 0.135?/10a,the Bohai Sea and Yellow Sea is 0.156?/10a.The SST in Bohai Sea is warmer than that in the Yellow Sea;The average annual SST change trend of the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea increases gradually from east to west. The Bohai Sea is showing a positive change trend, while the Yellow Sea is showing a positive and negative increase trend; The SST in Bohai Sea has a warming trend in all four seasons. The spring and summer warming rate is greater than that in autumn and winter. The summer warming rate is the fastest and the winter is the slowest. The trend of the four seasons of the Yellow Sea SST is also a warming trend. The spring and summer are larger than that in the autumn and winter, with the spring warming rate being the largest and the autumn being the smallest; There were different degrees of mutations in the seasonal and yearly SST in the Bohai sea,but the mutations occurred mostly after the 1990s,indicating that the SST increases significant after this period. The SST of the Yellow Sea also has a warming trend throughout the year and the four seasons, and the consistency of the mutation time is not obvious. However, after the mutation occurs, the SST is mostly showing a change in the warming trend. The SST in Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea has a warming trend during1840 to 2017.The warming trend of the Yellow Sea is 0.076?/10a.The Bohai Sea is 0.03?/10a,and the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea is 0.069?/10a.Compared with nearly 148 years, the SST warming trend is significantly enhanced in the past 36 years, especially in the past 15 years. The zonal wind has a great influence on the SST of the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea,that is,the SST cools down with the increase of the zonal wind. The meridional wind has a weak influence on the SST change of the Yellow Sea;The response of the Yellow Sea SST to the East Asian monsoon is greater than that of the Bohai Sea.The influence of the East Asian winter monsoon on the SST of the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea is stronger than that of the summer monsoon; The surface current has basically no effect on the SST changes; The terrestrial temperature is the influencing factor of the long-term change of the SST;The net surface solar radiation mainly affects the annual variation of the SST,however the long-term trend of SST is basically not affected by it.
