In this paper,we introduce the notion of centroaffine hypersurfaces with isotrop-ic cubic tensor.As the main result,we give a complete classification of 3-dimensional locally strongly convex centroaffine hypersurfaces in 4-dimensional affine space R4 with isotropic cubic tensor.
