Digital holography is a promising 3D imaging technology which can sufficient record the information of light field.As a combination of advanced computer technology and photodetector,it can not only obtain the amplitude and phase information of the object at the same time,but also record a hologram of 3D object on a 2D plane,and reconstruct the original image of the object in a digital way in the computer.It is a highly sensitive,full-field,unlabeled,non-contact,real-time observational 3D imaging technology.Compared with the traditional holography using laser as the light source,the incoherent light digital holography use incoherent light as the light source,which effectively reduces the influence of noise in the imaging process.Using photodetector to record the hologram and using computer to reconstruct the hologram can effectively eliminate the influence of aberration and distortion caused by optical devices in the imaging system,quickly calculate the hologram to obtain the information of the object and realize the reconstruction of the 3D information of the object.Using photodetector to record hologram with short exposure time and accurate control can realize the instantaneous recording of objects with high sensitivity.Based on the research of phase reconstruction technology of incoherent light self-reference digital holography,the significance of digital holographic phase reconstruction is expounded from the development of holography and the advantages of digital holography.The purpose of digital holographic reconstruction is to solve the problem of phase reconstruction precision in digital holographic microscopy.Based on incoherent light self-reference digital holographic phase reconstruction technology,it is a hologram recorded by CCD under incoherent light source illumination.The reconstruction of hologram by computer can effectively eliminate the influence of aberration and distortion caused by optical elements of the imaging system.The complex amplitude information of the object light field is obtained by numerical reconstruction,the inverse tangent function of the complex amplitude information of the object light field is calculated to obtain the wrapped phase of the object,and the wrapped phase is solved to obtain the wrapped phase information of the object.The accurate phase of the optical field can be obtained by compensating the phase,and the 3d information of the object can be reconstructed.In this paper,the phase acquisition and phase compensation of incoherent digital hologram are introduced in detail.
