With the continuous advancement and development of network media technology,users' participation in network information dissemination has become very common.It is often seen that there is a heated discussion about a social event,thus forming a network paradox of corresponding events.The development of network public opinion may not always achieve a relatively unified situation.There may be some interference factors that affect the normal development of public opinion,which may cause deviations in network information dissemination and interfere with netizens to make rational choices.We take the Trump phenomenon that occurred during the 2016 US election as the research object,and explore the information cascade effect caused by the super user,that is,the subsequent individuals in the information dissemination will only observe the choice of the previous individual and continue the choice,causing widespread impact.It sorts out and analyzes the factors in the network that influence the deviation of public opinion,and improves the interaction of previous opinions of public opinion,in order to more accurately simulate the role played by these influencing factors in real public opinion.The specific research work is mainly carried out from the following aspects:Firstly,it analyzes the current research status and trends of public opinion communication.It aims at the non-scale characteristics of social networks,and gives definitions that differ from the general opinion leaders to individual super users who have high connectivity in the network and play a key role in information dissemination.Summarize the three characteristics of this type of user:personal charm,persuasive power,and strong penetration of opinions.These three characteristics make the super user not subject to the propagation threshold in the traditional opinion exchange model when exchanging opinions,and its influence is cross-domain,which not only affects the neighbors' opinions,but also the non-adjacent users in the network.That is to say,the super node expands its influence range by generating network derivative effects,and further guides and intervenes in the opinion of public opinion.Secondly,based on the characteristics of scale-free network power law distribution and the modeling idea of continuous trust Weisbuch-Deffuant model,a super-user-based paradox deviation model is built.This model incorporates the three characteristics of the super node and improves its interaction strategy with ordinary nodes.These interaction rules are different from the way ordinary opinion leaders handle.Considering the influence of information content attributes on the evolution of viewpoints,this paper draws on the propagation law of network noise,and incorporates the controversial information content that influences the interaction of public opinion into the model,and studies the influence of controversial information content on the interactive rules of opinions.Then,a super-user paradox deviation model combining the controversial intensity of information is constructed.Then,Matlab simulation software simulates the influence of the controversial strength of super users and information on the evolution of public opinion.The study found that super users have an insurmountable influence when they influence the evolution of netizens' views.With the increase of the scope of superusers and the extension of time,the opinions of netizens will gradually approach the viewpoint value of super nodes;The controversy will also interfere with the interaction of netizens' opinions.The greater the controversial intensity,the more difficult it is for netizens to form a unified opinion,and the more it will reduce the orderliness of the evolution of online public opinion.Thirdly,based on the super-user paradox deviations model,the model is innovatively applied in the network environment with community structure,and the convergence coefficient in the model is improved.The model personally selects the convergence coefficient between the internal communication of the association and the communication between the associations,reflects the difference in the distribution law of the community structure,and then constructs a community public opinion deviation model that considers the internal and external characteristics of the community,the individual differences,and the controversial information.The study found that in the community environment,improving the moderateness and external image of the community and the influence of the super users will promote the overall interests of the community;Super users can obviously guide the trend of the overall public opinion.Especially when super users release controversial information,it is easier to influence the decision of netizens,which ultimately leads to the deviation of public opinion and the distortion of opinions of netizens.When the external image of the community is used,it can compete with the influence of the super node,which provides a good idea for public opinion management.Finally,this paper combines the law of public opinion propagation and the results of simulation experiments,and puts forward three management suggestions:strengthen the control of super users,build a positive public opinion atmosphere;strengthen controversial information science,improve citizens' scientific literacy;strengthen community interference and guide public opinion sustainable development.Then,the limitations of the research in this paper are summarized.
