Underground source monitoring and positioning system is widely used in mining,focal location,and vibration detection.The technology of using networked sensor nodes instead of manual online monitoring and data acquisition has become increasingly mature.In order to ensure the safety of the experimental site staff,save the experimental cost,and simplify the experiment layout operation,with the development of wireless sensor technology and wireless network technology,the remote wireless monitoring system based on networked sensor nodes is more and more perfect.Therefore,the networked vibration parameter monitoring and testing platform is required to realize remote synchronous control networked test nodes,data classification management,online data analysis and other functions,and complete the test task with the networked sensor array.Based on the analysis of the application background of the subject and the practical application of the project,the networked vibration parameter monitoring and testing platform was designed based on the LabWindows/CVI virtual instrument development platform.The functions realized include: monitoring remote node group synchronization control,wireless data transmission and reception,data management,Vibration signal analysis,source location.In the control module design: Based on the principle of weak correlation,the design of sub-module instruction protocol is completed;Through control flow planning,thread resource allocation,TCP/UDP dual-mode communication,64 sensor node synchronization control,wireless data exchange,real-time data display and other functions are realized.In the data management module design: The database table is designed according to the type of received data,and the online data interaction,the experimental personnel information management and the authority division function are realized through the connection between the database tables.In the design of the vibration signal processing module: The functions of zero point calibration,signal feature analysis,effective signal extraction,VLF suppression and SNR enhancement are realized by calculating beidou timing,spectrum analysis,correlation coefficient hypothesis test,wavelet transform and wavelet threshold denoising;First arrival wave picking by STA/LTA energy factor method;Based on the analysis of traditional positioning methods,the Chan-Taylor joint algorithm is used to locate the underground explosion point,And analyze the results.The experimental results proves: The designed networked vibration parameter monitoring and testing platform can realize the functions of synchronous control and data management of test node group.In the range of 100m*100m,the average positioning accuracy is 2m-3m within the range of 0m-60 m focal depth,which can meet the engineering requirements.
