With the gradual maturity of the Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS),GNSS technology has become more and more widely used in various industries.Among them, the application of GNSS technology in the field of ionospheric research has become the research of solar space environment.hotspot.The changes of electron content in the ionosphere, the distribution of electron density and the characteristics of space-time variation play an important role in the development and application of ionospheric detection technology.,Therefore, accurate acquisition of these parameters and changes has very practical value in the research of Ionospheric disturbance and Ionospheric anomaly.Ionospheric chromatography technology was first proposed in 1988 and has developed rapidly in the past three decades.Although the ionospheric related research has made some progress, due to the complexity of the electron content and electron density distribution in the ionosphere, the research on ionospheric chromatography technology is still in its infancy. So far, there is still no ideal tomographic inversion model to reflect the true distribution of ionospheric electron density, and the inversion accuracy of ionospheric electron density needs to be further improved. This paper focuses on the remaining problems of ionospheric chromatography techoology. In this paper,The ionospheric single model(TEC/VTEC function model)is used to extract the TEC/VTEC at the puncture point, and the Multiplicative Algebraic Reconstruction algorithm is used to reconstruct the regional electron density. Finally, based on The tomography results analyzed the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of the ionosphere over the area of Jiangsu on November 19,2010.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Outline the development history and development status of ionospheric research, and analyze the main methods of ionospheric detection technology.(2)Based on the analysis of the inversion accuracy of the electron content in the ionosphere, the GNSS-based TEC/VTEC model is given, and the generation of code deviation is analyzed in the TEC extraction process.Estimate the impact on electronic content. Finally, based on the observation data of Jiangsu CORS,the ionospheric single layer model(TEC/VTEC model)was used to extract the TEC/VTEC value at the puncture point. The experimental results show that the method has certain reliability.(3)For the ionospheric tomography problem, the ionization electron density above the region is reconstructed by the multi-generation algebraic reconstruction algorithm(MART)based on the TEC extraction, and compared with the international ionospheric reference model(IRI2012).The accuracy of the region reconstruction obtained by this method is 73%higher than that of the IRI2012 model.(4)Using the observation data of Jiangsu CORS system on November 19,2010 to extract the total ionospheric electron content TEC over the region, and reconstruct the electron density of the region. On this basis, the daily variation of the ionosphere in the region is analyzed and summarized.
