Product quality is an important factor affecting the competitiveness of enterprises,and process quality is one of the key factors of product quality.With the development of the global economy,consumers pay attention to product quality,while consumers' personalized demand is also growing,which makes the traditional mass production mode of enterprises gradually change to the small batch production mode.In the traditional mass production mode,the SPC method is mainly used to control the quality of product process.The process quality status can be obtained by statistical analysis of the quality characteristic data of a large number of samples.However,the data of product quality characteristic under the multivariety and small-batch production mode is too small to satisfy the SPC method for process quality control.This paper mainly studies how to use SPC method to analyze and control the process quality under the multi-variety and small-batch production mode.The main research work and contents are as follows:Based on the analysis of the characteristics of multi-variety and small-batch production mode and the research status of quality control theory and methods at home and abroad,the process quality control in production process is studied,and a process quality control method suitable for multi-variety and small-batch production mode is established.Firstly,the development process of production mode is expounded,and the characteristics of multi-variety and small-batch production mode and the main problems of process quality control are analyzed.Secondly,based on the analysis of the main factors affecting process quality,the index system of process similarity determination factors is established.To solve the problem of insufficient sample size using traditional SPC method,a method of process similarity determination based on intuitionistic fuzzy set is adopted to classify similar processes into groups and expand sample size.Then,the process quality control process under the multi-variety and small batch production mode is established,which mainly includes standardizing the quality data collected from similar process groups,applying the principle of control chart,putting forward the joint application of traditional control chart and cumulative control chart,and calculating and analyzing the process capability on the basis of transforming data,effectively solving the problem of insufficient samples.The sensitivity of the control chart is improved.Finally,taking the manufacturing process of axle parts in multi-variety and small batch production of CCF company as an example,this paper applies the method of this paper to quality control,and achieves good process quality control effect.
