PurposeThis subject takes the relationship between median nerve conduction velocity and fatigue degree as the research objective, this paper designs an experimental scheme, makes statistical analysis of the measured data, and establishes an exponential model to support the follow-up research.1.Finding the changes of median nerve conduction velocity under different fatigue levels;2.The relationship between fatigue degree and median nerve conduction velocity was obtained by statistical analysis with R language, and an exponential model was established.3.The relationship between fatigue degree and median nerve conduction velocity was obtained by SPSS statistical analysis, and the direct relationship between median nerve conduction velocity and fatigue degree was verified.Methods1.61 subjects were screened and divided into groups according to gender, including 24 males and 37 females.Emg evoked potentiometer was used to measure and calculate median nerve conduction velocity under loading conditions of 0,2,4,6 and 8min for recording.2.The mean value of the collected data was calculated to find the change of median nerve conduction velocity with the change of fatigue degree.3.The median nerve conduction velocity data of 61 subjects were analyzed by R language statistical analysis. The relationship between fatigue degree and median nerve conduction velocity was found, and the fatigue index model was established and validated.4.The median nerve conduction velocity data of 61 subjects were analyzed by SPSS.Mean standard deviation was used for measurement data, and frequency percentage was used for counting data.Multivariate linear regression was used to find the relationship between fatigue degree and median nerve conduction velocity.Results1.According to the observation, with the deepening of fatigue, the mean median nerve conduction velocity of the 61 subjects was 63.61,62.14,60.84,59.48 and 58.43,respectively,showing a significant downward trend under the fatigue conditions of 0,2,4,6 and 8 minutes.2.The test P value of fatigue degree on median nerve conduction velocitywas less than 0.05,The results showed that fatigue had a significant effect on median nerve conduction velocity. The decrease percentage of median nerve conduction velocity in different time intervals was calculated and the exponential regression was performed. The formula for calculating fatigue degree Y is Y=log0.979V/Vo,The model has good recognition rate.3.The median nerve conduction velocity was not related to gender, but was statistically correlated with time. The test P value was less than 0.05?Conclusion1.Median nerve conduction velocity decreased with the increase of fatigue.2.With the increase of fatigue degree, the conduction velocity of median nerve has a fixed decline rule,so a fatigue index model can be established, which has a good fatigue state identification rate.3.Median nerve conduction velocity was negatively correlated with time. The longer the time, the slower the median nerve conduction velocity was.It can be concluded that the median nerve conduction velocity is directly related to the degree of fatigue.
