Research purpose: Intermittent negative pressure is a kind of physiotherapy without any side effects. Some studies abroad have shown that it can promote the rapid recovery of physical fitness, but there are few related studies in China. Therefore, the experiment was to observe the changes of routine function index, microcirculation index and heart rate variability index during intermittent intervention for rowing athletes for 4 weeks, and analyze the recovery effect of intermittent negative pressure on athletes' functional state,in order to provide a new way for Chinese athletes to recover quickly.Research methods: 1.participants: the 14 athletes of the national rowing team were recruited as the participants, and they were divided into experimental group and control group.2.experimental plan: according to the training arrangement, during the winter training, the national rowing athletes trained in Hongfeng Lake,Guiyang. From 2018.2.19-2018.3.19,there were four weeks, the experimental group athletes were intervened with intermittent negative pressure chambers for five times every week, each intervention for 20 minutes, while the control group athletes did not take other means of recovery intervention. The routine function indicators, microcirculation index and heart rate variability index of 14 athletes were tested every week. Results: 1.Changes in biochemical indicators:(1)There was no significant difference about RBC and HCT between the two groups or in intra-group.There was significant decrease about HGB in two group at week4 compared with week1(p<0.0125),and there was no statistical significance between the groups.(2)There were no statistically significant about the CK and BU in intra-group of the experimental group. The CK at week3 of the control group had a very significant increase(p<0.0125)compared with the baseline value, and it was higher than experimental group(p<0.05),while the test results at week4 had a very significant decreased(p<0.0125)compared to the week3.The BU of the control group had a very significant increase(p<0.0125)in the week1 compared with the baseline value.(3)There was no significant difference about NO between the two groups or in intra-group.(4)The T value of the control group showed a significant decrease at the4 th week compared with the baseline value(p<0.05),and C and T/C were not statistically significant between groups or within the group.(5)there were not statistically significant about DA,NE and E between groups or within the group.2.Changes in microcirculation index:(1)There was no statistical difference about the microcirculation index before heating between the groups or within the group.(2)The test results of the post-heated MBP and the post-heated CMBC in the test group at the3 rd week and the 4th week were higher than those of the control group(p<0.05).there was no statistical difference of the post-heated AVBC between the groups or in intra-group.(3)The test results of MBP difference and CMBC difference in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group at the 3rd week and the 4th week(p<0.05);the test results of the CMBC difference in the test group increased at the 3rd week compared with the first week(p<0.0125);and there was no statistical difference about AVBC difference between groups or in intra-group.3.Changes in heart rate variability related indicators:(1)The experimental group'sSDNN test results in the third week were higher than the control group(p<0.05),there was no significantly different about RMSSD between the groups or in intra-group.(2)The test results of HF in the second week and the third week were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(p<0.05),while the test results of the LF/HF in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group at the first, third and fourth weeks(p<0.05).Research conclusions: 1.4-week intermittent negative pressure intervention can improve the physiological regulation function of the players, accelerating the blood circulation of the players and the anabolism of the body, improving the mobilization ability of the oxygen transport system, and promoting the elimination of metabolic waste.2.4-week intermittent negative pressure intervention can improve the microcirculation blood perfusion and blood cell mobilization ability of the players, thereby improving their microcirculation blood flow reserve capacity, and promoting their functional status and exercise capacity.3.4-week intermittent negative pressure intervention can inhibit the activity of sympathetic nerves, improving the activity of vagus nerve, and enhancing the recovery of autonomic nervous system function...
