The study of surface wind farms mainly includes wind speed and wind direction.Wind direction and wind speed are short-term weather forecasts,timely release of weather warnings,and a key parameter for collecting climatic data.They are an important part of studying oceans and atmosphere.Based on the wind field data of many different satellites,this paper fuses them with the ERA-Interim reanalysis wind field data.The source wind field fusion results are used to analyze the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of the wind surface in the North Pacific Ocean.For the typhoon “Haiyan” in 2013,an analysis of the changes in the surface wind field was carried out.First of all,to understand the advantages and disadvantages of different fusion algorithms,select the space-time weight interpolation method with less computational complexity and less demanding computer hardware.The daily average wind field data of the multi-source microwave sensor from 2008 to 2017 and the ERA-Interim reanalysis wind field data were combined to obtain continuous sea surface wind field results,filling the wind field data blank of a single satellite sensor.According to the measured data of 89 buoys of NDBC between 2008 and 2017,the accuracy of the multi-source wind field fusion results is evaluated.The root mean square error of the wind speed is 2.19m/s and the correlation coefficient is 0.8232.The root mean square of the wind direction The error is 43.4° and the correlation coefficient is 0.8574.Secondly,according to the results of daily average wind field fusion,the average wind field results of 12 months are obtained.According to the characteristics of wind field,the seasonal characteristics of the North Pacific ocean surface wind field are analyzed,and the characteristics of wind fields in different seasons are obtained.Moreover,the EOF analysis of the multi-source wind field fusion results from 2008 to 2017 for 120 months shows the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of the North Pacific wind field,showing fluctuations in the period of 1 year and half year.Finally,the wind field changes before and after the typhoon Haiyan in the North Pacific in November 2013 were discussed.When the typhoon passed,the sea surface wind field changed greatly.After the typhoon,the sea surface wind field could not be recovered quickly.
