The design is based on the basic principle of microfluidic droplet technology,integrated with Microfluidic chip,micro droplet constant culture techniques and Optical detection technology in the experiment of biological toxicity related microbial cultivation and real-time detection,integration,automation,high flux,high sensitivity,etc.Subject to high flux spectrum detection technology in the application of biology as the background,design completed the micro-droplet biological toxicology chip and its measurement and control system,to meet the requirements in the practical application.The paper first expounds the microfluidic chip technology and its research status and development trend at home and abroad.This paper infroduces the principle of micro droplet detection,put forward the overall solution.According to the overall scheme design for micro droplet culture detection of microfluidic chip,completed the absorbance with laser induced fluorescence detection two detection module optical path design,circuit design and software design;Completed the temperature control module and the droplet operation module circuit design and software design.At last,through the module debugging,the system test and application of the performance of the system is verified by the experiments.The design of system circuit includes:l.the design of Light source of constant light power drive circuit;2.the design of Absorbance detection circuit;3.the design of Laser induced fluorescence detection circuit;4.the design of Constant temperature eircuit and Droplet operating circuitThe design of software includes:l.the design of communication protocol which Based on the Modbus-RTU 2.the design of Absorbance module software 3.the design of Laser induced silver detection module software 4.the design of PC application software based on Windows system.Debugging software and hardware of each module in the system to ensure that each module working properly the system test and application experiments to verify that the system meet the design requirements can work steadily.The system test and application experiment show that:in the experiment of malachite green solution RSD<0.69%.R2=0.997 in 0-1 OD,R2=0.996 in 1-4 OD.In the Cy5 Fluorescence detection experiments R2=0.998,the mean of single photon dark count is under 15.The system meet the requirements of practical application.
