In this thesis,we studied the Hydrogen Atom spectrum with Gaussian Potential in Noncommutative space.First we introduced the method:Moyal-Weyl star product and Bopp transformation. Then we derive Bopp transformation from Moyal-Weyl star product and show the equality of these two methods. We can use the idea of Bopp transformation to get the expression between {θμv}and{θμv} which are included in the Bopp, also we give the confinement of {θμv}.By using Bopp transformation,we studied three systems, and try to give the value of θ,or the bound of θ.In the first system,we try to connect Landau problem in the commutative space with a two-dimension central field, and we give the value of θ.We can get the energy shift from the second system which is Hydrogen Atom in the Noncommutative space and we will put it into the third system. In the third system,we introduced a two parameter Gaussian Potential.By controlling one of the parameter,we use the perturbation theory to solve the problem. We can get of the energy shift of the second parameter and θ.We can find that the different θ may cause the different function about the energy shift of the second parameter,so we can get a new bound of θ.
