Investigation And Evaluation Of Geological Disasters In Shapotou District,zhongwei City,ningxia

Based on the project?geological disaster investigation and regionalization of shaoputou district,zhongwei city,ningxia?and the implementation rules of?implementation rules of basic requirements for geological disaster investigation and regionalization of county and city?issued by the ministry of land and resources,this paper is made by detailed field investigation and indoor comprehensive analysis on the basis of sufficient collection of relevant data of the investigation area.The field survey covers an area of 4599.22km2(excluding the area of 70.78km2 of the Yellow River),covering 10 towns and villages in shaptou district of zhongwei city.A total of 75 survey points were completed,and 21 disaster or hidden danger points were found(15 debris flows,3 collapse,1 landslide and 2 ground collapse).The types,scale and cause of geological disasters in shaopaotou area have been found out.Regional geological environment conditions,development status and distribution rules of geological disasters were divided into different regions.The geological disaster prevention and control zones are divided,and specific prevention and control measures are proposed for key geological hazards.According to the survey results,the current situation and forecast assessment of economic losses of geological disasters in shaopaotou district were conducted.There were 11 geological disasters that caused direct economic losses in the survey area,mainly river bank collapse and debris flow.The direct economic loss was relatively small,totaling 967 million yuan,as a result of the destruction of residential houses,communications and transmission facilities,siltation of farmland,irrigation channels and highway traffic,and destruction of forests.The predicted evaluation results show that 103 people are threatened by geological disasters in the survey area,and the total direct economic loss is predicted to be 11.8 million yuan.With reference to the relevant standards and the results of the survey,the grade evaluation of geological disasters and dangerous situations was conducted.Geological disaster hidden danger point danger situation medium 4,small 13.To help central urban land consolidation government established the geological disaster information database,and provides scientific basis for geological disaster prevention work,maximize reduce geological disasters,the threat of harm,to avoid casualties and property losses caused by disasters and accidents,and improve the ecologicalenvironment conditions,safeguard social stability and promote the development of land and resources,industrial and agricultural construction,to protect the safety of the people's lives are property,promote local economic and social sustainable development has a positive role.
