Mine water damage has become one of the major problems that affecting the safety of production in coal mines.The prevention and control of water damage has become one of the major research subject faced by all mining areas to ensure safety in production.The transient electromagnetic method has the advantages of quick construction,high detection depth,strong anti-interference ability,sensitive to low resistance body and not shielding the high resistance layer.It has become the main means of hydrogeological exploration and deep exploration in coal mining area.This paper relied on the electrical exploration project of 6-1 mining area in Heshan Coal Mine in Shanxi Province.The small wire frame overlapping loop transient electromagnetic method was used to solve the problem of water hazard in goaf of coal mine.The theory,key technology and effectiveness of multi-layer goaf are studied.The main achievements and understandings are as follows:1.The parameter selection of transient electromagnetic instrument is tested.The delayed time of 4ms,512 times of superposition,gain selection 4 and noise conform to the requirements of the study.The goaf is verified by HS2-2 borehole.The apparent resistivity section of the test coincides with the actual geology,which shows the rationality of the parameter selection.2.The transient electromagnetic detection was researched in Heshan coal mine.Through the field data collection,the processing and analysis of a large amount of indoor data,and referring to the relevant data of drilling,hydrogeology and so on in the study area,it delineates 1 goaf?about 102 300 m2?and 2 water accumulation areas?about 7 500 m2?in No.1 coal seam;4 goaf?about 415 000 m2?and 6 water accumulation areas?about 82 200 m2?in No.2 coal seam.3.Transient electromagnetism is used to study the water content and water conductivity of faults.According to the distribution of the water-rich anomaly area in different layers,the low-resistivity anomaly near the fault is delineated,and the evaluation map of the water-rich fault is drawn.It is estimated that the normal faults F69,F722 and Fx11 are locally water-rich and not conductive.4.The transient electromagnetic method of small wire frame overlapped loop can effectively detect the multi-layer goaf in coal mine,and the feasibility of this method is proved by the verification of borehole...
