With the development of social economy and the accelerated pace of life,more and more security risks have followed.The personal safety and property damage caused by fire to society is increasing every year.Time is life when a fire breaks out.The efficiency of fire fighting work is inextricably linked to personal safety.This paper proposes a fire route planning scheme based on Geographic Information System(GIS).After learning the GIS platform,the author establishes a geodatabase of public transportation and fire resources in Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province by using ArcGIS platform,and describes the feature class fields involved in the database in detail,which provides data basis for data analysis in the later text.In terms of the optimal path algorithm,the insufficiency of the classical ant colony algorithm is analyzed first,and then the pheromone update strategy of the ant colony algorithm is optimized.Aiming to solve the problem that the classical ant colony algorithm has a slow convergence speed and is easy to fall into the local optimal solution,this paper proposes a solution to add auxiliary angle factor and distance factor.At the beginning of the algorithm,the ant first estimates the Euclidean distance between the current position and the target position.During the running of the algorithm,the ant compares the relationship between the current distance and the starting estimate in real time.According to the difference between the actual distance and the estimated distance,the appropriate pheromone update strategy is selected combined with the angle range formed by the ant's current direction and that of the target position.It is verified that the improved ant colony algorithm achieves the effect of speeding up the convergence of the algorithm.In addition,In view of the shortage of water resources that may occur during the fire protection process,this paper suggests increasing the water supply to provide resources for fire rescue.For better arrangement of fire resources in the same area,this paper selects the roads' distance as the cost.That is,when a fire occurs,the resources near the fire location should be analyzed according to the information provided by fire centers.Then select a closer fire brigade according to the distance between fire resources and the fire location.In the end,this paper verifies the proposed scheme by experiments,using the ArcEngine interface provided by ArcGIS and the developing environment of Visual Studio 2010.The experimental results prove that the proposed scheme is correct and effective.In conclusion,this scheme successfully improves the overall efficiency of fire fighting operations,by reducing the rescue time of fire engines and better utilization of resources on the basis of reasonable planning of fire routes.
