In recent years,China's offshore wind power is advancing rapidly and wind turbine manufacturing industry is becoming more and more mature.Rudong offshore wind power provides the convenience.At the sametime,it also has some problems.Some changes in the velocity of the surrounding currents caused by the foundation group of offshore wind power will lead hydrodynamic variation around engineering,which further aggravate the erosion and deposition of sediment near the pile foundation,thus affect the passage of the waterway and the exploitation and utilization of the surrounding port resources.The current and wave loads are the main loads of wind power pile foundation.It is of great significance to study the stress analysis of wind power pile foundation for the safety of wind turbine foundation,and to provide guidance for the future protection effect.Based on hydrologic and tidal current and wave data in engineering area,basic situation and dynamic environment of engineering sea area is analysed and summarizing predecessors' research work in the numerical simulation of hadrodynamic.A two-dimensional hydrodynamic numerical model is established based on Mike 21 software in order to study the hydrodynamic characteristic of offshore wind power foundation in rudong.Based on the verification of tidal level and tidal current before engineering,the results show that the model can accurately and truly simulate the tidal current movement in the engineering area,which can be used to simulate the hydrodynamic variation after engineering.The tidal current and wave are measured and that provides the boundary for calculation of wave current force.Establishing a model of flow around a cylinder on CFD software and calculating the wave current force of the wind power pile foundation in engineering area on Fluent software based on the numerical method of VOF.There are two kinds of water depth conditions and three kinds of different stress condition to carry on the analysis.The result shows that in the current case,the force suddenly drops from the beginning,then rises and fluctuates for several cycles and then tends to a fixed value,in the wave case,the data is unstable at the beginning and then the size and positive are in periodical change and keep stable.The case of wave-flow coupling is similar to wave case,but a litter more complex.The moment variation is similar to the force variation on the cylinder surface.The force and moment value of pile foundation increases with the increase of water depth in the condition of wave?current and wave-flow coupling.
