| The deep sea is the largest gene pool on Earth,biological genetic resources are very rich,deep sea bears the largest biomass on Earth,it has the most abundant species diversity,it has become the focus of competition in international waters resources.The development of deep-sea biological resources is based on the biological basis of cognition,and the current deep-sea creatures that we found less than l%.Benthic surveys and genetic resources of the deep ocean survey instruments to obtain a strong dependence.This article on how to develop a deep-sea sediments in situ value culture system has done a lot of research and design,In particular,the main body structure design and software control system development are discussed in detail,the sediment culture system which can be used in the 6000 meters deep sea environment has been designed.In this paper,the research object of the deep sea sediment in situ fixed value system is studied,the application background and the research situation at home and abroad are described.Then according to the design requirements and objectives of the deep sea sediment in situ setting system,the design and research of the overall scheme is carried out5design of ballast release scheme,design of communication system and sensor system,design of power supply scheme,hardware system structures and PLC programming,etc.In this paper,the material of the system is discussed and type selection is made,the size and length of pressure shell suitable for this system are discussed and calculated in detail,the calculation results are verified by Simulation simulation.The overall buoyancy balance of the system is also studied in this paper.and analysis of the system at the bottom of the situation.The paper also introduces the laboratory test,lake test and sea trial,existing work includes experimental and other emerging issues were summarized,put forward practical amendments.At last,the paper looks forward to the future work,put forward specific work target. |
