Research On The Theoretical Construction And Operational Mechanism Of Technological Ecological Domain

When examining the issues of technological ecology,it is important to include people,technology,and the environment in the context of the discussion.The development of civilization has experienced the simple adaptation of human beings to the natural period,through technological development to the natural period,and to the period of large-scale development of high and new technology to profoundly change the environment.The technological world still has enormous technological ecological risks.Through the construction of new technology-economy-environment systems,it can effectively avoid risks and realize the evolution and development of human civilization.The concept of "ecology" in ecology and the concept of "technical niche" extended from the concept of "ecology" are applied in different fields.To absorb the reasonable ideas of Brian Arthur's concept of "domain",one can try to establish a technology.-The economic-environmental ecological development model.The qualitative research on this model is the main research content of this paper.It mainly includes the combing of historical roots of new concepts and the construction of meanings,the regulation of their construction principles and methods,the analysis of their system elements,and the qualitative research of their operational functions and mechanisms.Combing the history of covariation between man and technology,studying the relationship between human-techno logy-environment in different periods,the covariation features are derived;the development of the ecological niche and related concepts are given.The comprehensive method of transforming "bits" into "domains";the combing of human-technology-environmental relationships,and the conceptual analysis of technical ecological domains provide the conditions for the visualization of technological ecological domains,combined with the reality of our country's resource dilemma.The environmental requirements further regulate the system functions of the technical ecological domain,and at the same time put forward four basic principles for the construction of the technical ecological domain.They are the principle of environmental orientation,the principle of cultural embedding,the principle of system and technology guidance,and the principles of feedback and re-adjustment.At the end of the article,systematic analysis of the elements was carried out,pointing out the specific interest coordination mechanism within the technical ecological domain,and analyzing three different types of technical ecological domain structures and four specific technical ecology with technology as the center,environment as the center,and management as the center.Domain operating mechanisms,they are interest negotiation mechanism,risk prevention mechanism,error correction machine And disaster response mechanisms.
