Cellulose liquefaciens CY(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)is a newly isolated Bacillus amyloliquefaciens from soil.In order to speed up the rate of straw returning degradation and reduce the disease incidence, reduce microbial pathogens in the soil, improving soil ecological environment as well as the stability of farmland ecosystem, this experiment by bacteriostatic and cellulose enzyme functions in one of cellulose degradation bacteria CY as the research object,to understand its role in the improvement of micro ecological environment,to the late development of multifunctional probiotics and provide theoretical basis for the application in agricultural production.1.Indoor shake flask method was used to cellulase enzyme activity and the degradation rate of straw as a indicator for straw degradation experiments, the results show that the three straw corn, millet, soybeans cellulase enzyme activity to control respectively 3.08 times,2.03 times,2.55 times. The basin simulation method was used to straw degradation rate as the index, outdoor straw degradation experiment was carried out,the results showed that the cellulose degrading bacteria CY can increase the degradation rate of straw, reduce the time required for the degradation of straw, straw degradation speed of 30 d in advance.2.Mycelium growth rate method was used to study the bacteriostatic effect of cellulose degrading bacteria CY on Exserohilum turcicum,Curvularia lunata,Fusarium monilifonme and Fusarium graminearum. The results showed that: Sterilizing fermented liquid, the aseptic filtrate, fermented liquid, and the growth of bacteria suspension for 4 kinds of pathogenic bacteria has obvious inhibitory effect, and all round spot for Curvularia lunata effect is best, the best bacteriostasis rate of 80.30%(3.0 ul/ml),62.12%(3.0 ul/ml),96.85%(1.8 ul/ml),94.69%(0.6 ul/ml),Exserohilum turcicum take second place, the last is Fusarium monilifonmeand Fusarium graminearum.3.The field straw degradation experiment was carried out by using the basin simulation method to study the impact of the CY strain on soil environmental factors and microbial diversity. The results showed that the soil sucrase activity of the CY strain treated with soil was up to 2.3 times that of the control group and 1.35 times that of the control group. The content of soil alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen was 1.67 times that of the control, available phosphorus was 1.55 times that of the control, available potassium was 1.11 times that of the control, and the content of organic matter at 90 days was 1.26 times that of the control. The strain CY improved the soil microecological environment, improved soil fertility, promoted the growth of Bacillus,Pseudomonas and other beneficial microorganisms, inhibited the growth of Fusarium and Gibberella in the soil, and treated the soil Bacillus,Fusarium and Gibberella 1.89,0.9 and 0.59 times of the control.
