There are many kinds of adsorption materials for oil removal and the effect is remarkable,but there are still many deficiencies,such as poor selectivity of oil and water,unable to float treatment,recovery time-consuming and laborious,easy to cause secondary pollution,and poor continuity or large area of thin oil layers can not be solved.Therefore,it is necessary to develop adsorption materials for rapid treatment of large area thin oil layers.In this paper,based on emulsion polymerization and high temperature carbonization,two kinds of floating nano-oil absorbing materials with selective adsorbability and their supporting equipments and application methods were studied.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Samples were prepared by emulsion polymerization and high temperature carbonation using nano-Fe3O4 and glucose as raw materials,Span-60 as emulsifier and basic copper carbonate as catalyst.The samples were characterized as carbon-coated core-shell magnetic adsorption particles with a saturation magnetization of 33.92 emu/g,magnetic permeability is 1126.08,the particle size is about 200300 nm,the cladding layer has a thickness of about 50 nm and is a mesoporous structure,and the pore size of 12.7 nm.The pore volume is 0.014 cm3g/g,and the adsorption capacity for kerosene,diesel oil and oil is 3.05 g/g,3.25 g/g and 3.38 g/g,respectively.2.Taking emulsion polymerization and high temperature carbonization as the basic synthetic route,the effects of TEOS?tetraethyl orthosilicate?and ferrite on the properties of adsorbed particles were studied in the light of the exploration of the strengthening of carbon layer and the diversification of core materials.The saturation magnetization and magnetic permeability of the modified particles were increased by 12.74%and 1461.49,the thermal stability temperature reached at 303?.The adsorption rates of kerosene,diesel and oil were increased by 5.63%,5.23%and6.04%,respectively.3.According to the characteristics of the nano-deoiling materials mentioned above,the deoiling boat and the low temperature distillation equipment on shore are developed,and the three main parts of the deoiling boat are introduced:the remote control power part,the powder spraying part and the powder collecting part.According to the deoiling boat,a set of use method has been developed.
