In recent years,because of the changes in climate and planting structure,the damage of bacterial diseases of crops have been increasing year by year,but the research on.bacterial diseases has not received enough attention.Technology of preventing and treating bacterial diseases is behind of fungal diseases.It results that Bacterial diseases are becoming the main cause of serious agricultural production in some areas day by day.At present,there are few types of agents for controlling bacterial diseases on the market.They mainly focus on copper preparations and some agricultural antibiotics,and they can not get enough effect on preventing and treating diseases.Polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride is a new high-efficiency and low-toxicity and broad-spectrum type of bactericide.In the article,we develop polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride toxicity test indoor in several common bacterial pathogens.And we test polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride on againsting bacterial diseases in field.We synthetically evaluate that polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride contorl bacterial diseases in field.1?Laboratory toxicity test showed that polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride had strong inhibitory effect on Rice bacterial leaf streak,Cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot;Citrus canker;Tobacco wildfire,and the inhibitory effect were better than which was used to contrast.The ECso values of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride and copper hydroxide.in againsting Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzicola were 26.66 ?g/mL and 463.25 ?g/mL.The EC 90 values of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride and copper hydroxide were 188.85 ?g/mL and 680.99 ?g/mL.The EC 50 values of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride and copper hydroxide in againsting Pseudomonas syringae pv.lachrymans were 2.19 ?g/mL and 245.72?g/mL.The EC 90 values of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride and copper hydroxide in controling Pseudomonas syringae pv.lachrymans were 24.92 ?g/mL and 1435.46 ?g/mL.The EC 50 values of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride and streptomycin in againsting Xanthomonas axonopodis pv.citri were 74.21 ?g/mL and 41.39 pg/mL.The EC90 values of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride and streptomycin in againsting Xanthomonas axonopodis pv.citri were 928.26 ?g/mL and 631.27 ?g/mL.The EC 50 values of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride and miliamicin in againsting Pseudomonas syringae pv.tabaci were 2.28 mg/mL and 5.79 mg/mL.The EC 90 values of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride and miliamicin in againsting Pseudomonas syringae pv.tabaci were 32.36 mg/L and72.12 mg/L.2?The active ingredient of 3%polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride were 60-120 a.i?g/hm~2,which had better effect on contorling rice bacterial streak.After giving pesticides 10 days later,the average effection of 120 a.i.g/hm~2 were about 79%.It were better than which the treatment of the 50%chlorbromo isocyanuric acid soluble powder and 20%thiazolam zinc suspending agent were 70%in againsting Rice bacterial leaf streak.There was not bad effect on the growth period of rice.The effect of 3%polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride in controlling Cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot were above 77%in Shandong and Shanxi provinces.The high active ingredient consumption which were 120 a.i.g/hm~2 could reach 92%.The effect on 3%polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride were better than 25%bromothalonil wettable and 46%cupric hydroxide water dispersible granule.There was not bad effection in the growth period of cucumber.When the effective ingredient of 3%polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride were 45-60 mg/kg,the effect on treating Citrus canker were above 70%,and The high active ingredient Consumption could reach 83%.The control efficiency were better than copper hydroxide.And there were not bad effect on the growth period of citrus.After treating 7 days and 3 times,the effect of 3%polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride saline 60-120 a.i.g/hm~2 on tobacco wildfire were above 68%and 80%which were high active ingredient Consumption.The control effect was obviously higher than that of copper hydroxide and thiazolidone,and there was no bad effect on tobacco.3?It is suggested that the dosage of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride as an effective ingredient 120 a.i.g/hm~2 for againsting Rice bacterial leaf streak in practical production.It sprays before and after the onset of disease.Then it can be administered 1-2 times which depends on the development of the disease.The time of spraying polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride is Interval 7-14 days.To against Cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot,it should use polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride 60-120 a.i.g/hm~2.It sprays polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride at the beginning of the disease.The time of spraying polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride is intervals of 7 days.It sprays 2 times continuously.The dosage of active ingredient 45-60 mg/kg is used to against Citrus canker,and the dosage is applied 1-2 times before or at the beginning of the disease.The time of spraying polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride is Interval 10 days.It sprays 1?2 times continuously.The dosage of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride in treating tobacco wildfire is 120 a.i.g/hm~2,which is used 1-2 times before or at the beginning of the Tobacco wildfire.The time of spraying polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride is Interval 7-10 days.
