In order to understand the heterogeneity of forest soil and explore the relationship between plants and environment have great significance to reveal the distribution and coexistence mechanism of species. In this article, based on close emperor mountain spruce forest vegetation survey data,by combining random sampling and sampling rules of soil sample collection methods, determination of soil pH,organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, effective phosphorus, potassium, magnesium effectively, effective calcium, effective manganese zinc, effective, efficient and effective 12 indexes of nutrients, such as copper, and analyzing the characteristic of the spatial variation of soil nutrients distribution, based on the variance decomposition, studies of species distribution effect of the soil, terrain and other factors, the results are as follows:(1)The soil of Guandi mountain is acidic,It has abundant organic matter, which is 142.09g·kg-1,and the soil trace elements reach the rich level. There was significant spatial variability of soil nutrients in the horizontal direction, with the highest effective phosphorus variation coefficient,58.7%.The second is organic matter, the variation coefficient is 48.39%,and most of the organic matter is medium variability. The pH,Fe and AN are in line with the exponential function, and the organic matter,AK and Zn conform to the spherical model, and TN,AP,Ca,Mg,Cu and Mn conform to the Gaussian model. The pH,TN,AP and Mn are of moderate spatial correlation.Structural factors are more important than random factors.(2)The soil nutrients are significantly changed in the vertical direction, and the maximum value of all nutrient contents is within the range of 0?10cm,and the organic matter decreases with the increase of soil depth. Most of the soil in the vertical direction of variability is medium variation.(3)Using Pearson correlation analysis showed that soil pH is negatively correlated with soil trace elements, and the organic matter was positively correlated with most nutrients, which was negatively correlated with Cu and Mn.There is a positive correlation between soil trace elements.Topographic factors have a positive correlation with soil pH.(4)the spatial distribution pattern of five kinds of trees in 5-50m scale is clustered. The populations ofBetula Platyphylla,Betula albosinensis and Quercus wutaishanica were randomly distributed on a larger scale.(5)Using CCA model correspondence analysis the effect of soil factors on the distribution of tree species and the distribution of soil nutrients to the main tree species was obtained from high to low is Mn>Mg>Zn>Ca>TN.Soil trace elements play an important role in tree species distribution.Among them, the distribution of the Picea wilsonii and Larix principis-rupprechtii are mainly influenced by the AP and AK in the soil.Betula Platyphylla is closely related to soil pH,medium-elements and microelements.Betula albosinensis is more suitably survived in the abundant organic matter content and nitrogen rich area.(6)Basing on the analysis of RDA,add space of PCNM variables, quantitative analysis of terrain factor, soil factor and space factor influence on species distribution pattern, the results show that the contribution rate of environmental factors to the distribution of species in Guandi mountain is 42%,the contribution rate of soil factor to the tree species distribution is 11.2%,and the contribution rate of space factor to the tree species distribution is 11.2%.
