The Exponential-Weibull distribution is a type of life distribution(Exponential-Weibull distribution,EW distribution)first proposed by Mudholkar and Srivastava in 1993.Compared with the Exponential distribution and the Weibull distribution,the distribution function is applicable to more types of data.In particular,the EW distribution is more suitable for solving the case of the failure rate function image for the bathtub and the inverted tub type.With the gradual deepening of the distribution research,it is widely discussed and applied in the fields of engineering,medicine,biology,meteorology and so on.In this paper,the maximum domain of attraction of the conditional distribution of the three parameter EW distribution is studied.Firstly,the type of the maximum domain of attraction of the conditional distribution of EW is judged,and the expression of the normalized constant under the condition of the maximum domain of attraction of EW distribution is given.Finally,the accuracy of the normalized constant is verified by numerical simulation,which lays a foundation for studying other properties of the maximum domain of attraction and is also the maximum value,and is also the premise for estimating the maximum domain of attraction.
